When I took a test drive both the car keys did not work and I was told just the battery is out on the keys and need replacement and it seemed a fair reason and I didn't say anything about that. When the deal was finalising I told them the brakes need replacement as I could see it worn out (I work as an automotive tech). They said yes we will take care of the brakes and get them replaced. I signed all the paperwork and deal was done. Then there was a bit of delay with my insurance and I said I will pick up the car in a few days. They didn't wait on that too and got it delivered to my home and I confirmed with them on call that all the work is done and the message I received back was yes and I also might have the call recordings of that. Then when I saw the car the brakes were the same old. The keys battery never replaced. I replaced the key battery myself and got a new surprise that one key works sometimes and the other one never works. Even the remote starter doesn't work on any of the keys. I visited them again and asked to get this matter looked at and they said we can check it for you but we will not fix it in warranty or any claims. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER BOUGHT A CAR AT. Jalal is the sales man and his managers .. denying every single thing they said.

I wanted to do a refiance to get 10g to buy another car, when I only owed $1800 on the TD loan. They said I HAD to buy their warranty for $3800.00 and would run side by side with my Porsche warranty. They argued with my CERTIFIED PORSCHE warranty had limits!!! BS. Then they said there was a $1900 ADMIN fee PLUS the dealer buy back. So for a $10,000 refinance, plus the $1800 with TD, thier principle came out to $20,400.00!!!!!!! WTF! $8000.00 COSTS FOR ME JUST to get 10g????? YA RIGHT!

I was lied to and they refused to inform me on how I can make a complaint against them. I was treated so badly by one of their agents over text so I am livid and need to warn others whilst I am trying to find out how to complain to the relevant authorities
