Very pleased with our service…read more I would recommend this dealership for the simple fact that they care !!! We were greeted with a smile, offered a refreshment, and were allowed time just to explore. Once we were ready for a tour of a vehicle the front desk assigned a salesperson. Negotiations for our MDX was actually fun. Our salesperson had a good understanding of our wants and needs. Once we accepted the deal we were sent to the "Business office". In the past we did not look forward with dealing with a dealership business office. Our experience with this business office was pleasant. They took the time and made out new car purchase deal "Come True". Thanks again !!!

-ONE STAR - TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - SCAMERS. I…read moreinitially brought my 2019 Acura RDX in because it would not start and shared the P0657 code retrieved from an OBD-II reader. I approved the BCM replacement based on the diagnosis and recommendation provided. they also tried to replace the battery at $500. Unfortunately, that repair did not resolve the starting issue, and I was subsequently advised that an engine harness replacement would be required at a substantial additional cost. $12,000- and even then they would not guarantee that the vehicle would be fixed! then they asked if I would like to buy a new vehicle from them. said they would give me a trade value of less than half of market value. even had the sales department call me.I then had the vehicle towed and inspected by an independent mechanic, who advised that he located and repaired a wiring fault in approximately 25 minutes for $300, after which the vehicle started. He also indicated verbally that the proposed harness replacement would not have addressed the fault he found. his written findings and technician notes I already have the dealership's diagnostic report and technician findings. i was hoping the investigation can help clarify how the BCM and engine harness recommendations were reached and why the wiring fault wasn't identified. I also wanted to bring forward the condition in which my vehicle was returned. The air duct/cowl was left on the passenger seat, the air box was loose, and a bolt was missing. For context, the expenses I incurred throughout this process were: * Acura repairs and labour: $1,411 (reduced price from original) * Independent diagnosis and repair: $300 * Rental vehicle for two weeks: $780 * Total: $2,491 This has been a stressful experience and a significant financial expense

I can't say enough positive things about HOC Chinook. The ordeal I had been through trying to find…read morea reliable used vehicle was exhausting -- but the crew at HOC pulled through for me. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Jody, Josh and AJ all worked really hard to get me in the right car and I couldn't be happier! Trust is NOT easy when it comes to buying a vehicle, whether it's a private sale or through a dealership, but I can honestly say these are men I trust. I don't take reviews like this lightly. Neither should you. They got me the right car for the right price and they did it with integrity.

I found a truck listed for around $10k and spoke with Luis, who confirmed over the phone that the…read moretruck was available for a test drive with no issues. The next day, my brother and I went to see it. As soon as we arrived, before any discussion, Luis said he needed to check with his manager. A few minutes later, he came back and told us the truck had "problems." When I reminded him that he hadn't mentioned this on the phone, his excuse was that he "just found out." He also added that all trucks in that price range have issues, which made it clear that the ad was just a trap to get customers in the door. He then tried to push us toward trucks in the $30-35k range instead. At that point, I was frustrated and left the showroom. Message to Luis and his manager: Don't waste people's time with lies. Message to potential customers: Don't trust these fake listings--they will try to fool you.
