Sturdy Fence came out and did a great job carefully clearing the area, removing the old fence, and installing a new fence with lattice. The crew of 4-5 was on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Prior to installation day, Sturdy Fence was also easy to communicate with and shared different options and considerations with us. They weren't pushy at all and answered my many questions. The person who came out to survey the fence to give a better estimate also explained everything patiently and wasn't pushy either. They gave a super fair price, so I didn't hesitate to contract with them for the job. Overall, a happy customer and would recommend for any fence jobs!

After almost a year, our automatic gate started to sag and could not close properly. I called Automatic Gate Masters & Garage Doors Sunday afternoon to explain the problem. By 9am Monday the gate was fixed! Jack was lightning quick to respond and quickly understood the problem. I couldn't believe how responsive this company is. I'd also like to say that the fix was non-trivial and involved cutting metal and spot welding. Two people showed up and fixed the gate before I even got a chance to properly greet them. Amazing!

Initially we were looking to replace it entirely, but then learned our neighbors had attached plants all along their side they were wanting to keep in tact, so full replacement wasn't in the cards. Javier came out and carefully assessed the situation, walking us through his process of what it would take to reinforce the existing fence but also suggested constructing an identical fence on just our side. He was thorough, communicative, and his quote was competitive to other companies I had chatted with. In the end, we went for a new fence on our side, painted and all, and it looks outstanding. Much more of a solid fix and will last for many years. His work was quick, efficient and high quality, even down to matching the paint color of the older fence to the replacement. We highly recommend Javier!

A small pleasant detail to note was that they were the only company of all the ones we considered that meticulously measured the irregular dimensions of our deck space and planned their composite boards order quantity and length based on exactly what was needed, instead of roughly approximating then over-ordering. For us, this was a signal on their work ethic and attention to detail, one of the reasons we decided to hire them. Additionally, their quote for the job was reasonable. When we had questions or concerns during the installation process, the crew patiently explained their decisions and offered flexibility in alternative methods of demolition to ensure our needs are met. The end result looked fantastic. We are very happy with it. They are a customer-focused company and I would recommend it to others.

Their communication and overall quoting process were great, and they seemed to really know their stuff. Their pricing was also fair and reasonable. I was looking to fix a leaning fence. Super-Builders was really responsive and came by a couple days later to evaluate and quote the project. They even offered an option for me to consider that was a little more expensive but would result in a longer lasting fix. Why didn't I use them you ask? I am figuring out a fence repair with a landlord next door who hasn't been the easiest to work with. In spite of this, Super-Builders was very patient and even worked through different quote options. My only regret is that I wish I could have moved forward with them, but my landlord/neighbor wore me down, so we're going with his "handyman" approach which I know I will regret. I have no doubt I would have loved Super-Builders' work had circumstances worked out on my end. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. I know you won't regret it.
