I decided to replace, and am very glad I did. He and 1 or 2 helpers put in a very sturdy and beautiful 62-ft redwood fence and gate in just under 5 hours of work! I like that Mike did much of the work himself (instead of sending a team of people you never met before). He also was able to reinforce a different fence that I share with a neighbor who is not friendly toward us.
