I called for repair on the garage door at our rental. First he rescheduled and then he was late…read more Because of that I could not go and get an estimate before he started. He proceeded to try and upsell the springs and said we needed new rollers. Never did give a quote just started working. He completed the repair and charged $595! He claims that even had a $80 discount but the invoice doesn't show that. He charged tax on labor and even added a "service" charge, but it didn't say for what. He even charged sales tax on his labor. I did complain but since it had been paid nothing to to but let you know the prices are not competitive. If I could have waited for our typical repair person would have been $375. Buyer beware!
