He even fixed two windows that would not open on the spot. Granted they were simple fixes but seriously, who does that. I am waiting on his estimate but for customer service alone, I have found my go to guys for window replacement and repairs. Nice that it is also a local family business.

They didn't bring paperwork and when they finished the job they just left. They didn't clean up. They did call me when they got back to the shop wanting payment. Some kid from his personal cell phone. Why would I make a payment for almost $500 over the phone when I can't even verify who it was and they didn't wanna give me an invoice. So yes, when I saw the invoice, I looked at it a couple of times and I made the payment . They didn't do anything that their employees said they did, but I'm sure mom and dad are going to believe their kids over a customer. The owner responded back on here, but yet I left numerous messages for the owner to call me prior to posting this on here and they refuse to call so they can say what they want. Doesn't bother me one bit, but before anybody uses this company I would think twice and find somewhere else to go just my personal opinion. And by the way, the owner does have my phone number and not once have they reached out. they would rather just make me look like a piece of trash that didn't want to pay my bill when the bill is paid in full. I gave the owners plenty of opportunity to contact me before posting negative reviews online but when they don't want to return phone calls, this is what happens. Superior Glass do better!!!

The job got delayed because we had issues with our loan. My husband thought that the loan company wasn't responding only to find their emails in his spam folder 2 weeks later. That part is on us. By then Bill said he wouldn't be able to start till after CFD, no problem. They started on 8/2/23 and finished on 9/1/23. When we approached Bill, he told us the job would take his crew 4-5 days. That was definitely not the case. His guy's showed up the first day and marked where they would have to dig and then nothing for a week. They continued to randomly show up and work 2-3 days per week and I don't think they worked a full day at my house. If we texted Bill with questions or concerns, he ignored us. He called my husband on 9/1/23 and told him that they were done. My husband took off work early that day to see if they had finished per our request, then he had to run and purchase materials to finish the job. He spent several hours finishing the fencing that we had paid $25,000 to get done. We also had to pick up some materials/trash that they had left around the property. My fence does look great and we love it but I can't honestly say that I would recommend Workman Fencing.

The woman who answered said it would be just under $100 with an hour minimum. They sent two men which wasn't really necessary....while one was working the other was chatting with me about our pets. I timed both visits which were at an hour each so I was assuming $200 for the work. When I received the bill it was much more and was not itemized. I called to complain and was told Mike wasn't going to be back until the following week. I never received a call so I called again. This time the woman said the difference between the quote she gave me and the bill was the drive time to and from the shop. After the 2nd visit the man Tom told me he was finished for the day and going home. So I should not have been charged drive time back to the shop. If the office lady is going to give out prices she needs to mention drive time is not included. They did not offer senior discounts. And the materials charge for a small amount of grout used was high. On the positive side, Tom was a pleasant man and did a good job replacing the two tiles that we supplied him with.
