BUT, their gimmick "11%" rebate is a total JOKE! They suck you in thinking you'll be saving money. But, I spent nearly $1,000 here on three visits and never got a nickel back! They give you a form on your way out of the store, asking you to fill it out, document your purchases, answer a bunch of questions, and mail it in (with your own stamp) to see if you "qualify" for the 11% rebate on any of your purchases. If you do, they'll supposedly send you a check two months later! Filling out the form and putting all the info together is WORSE than filing your taxes with the IRS! Seriously, Menard's 11% discount program is a total joke, possibly bordering on fraud. Bottom line -- if you don't fill out their forms correctly, you end up spending MORE on merchandise that you can get at other stores, or on Amazon, with instant discounts. Just give me even 5% at checkout and I'd be happier than getting NOTHING trying to fill out all their stupid forms, mailing them in and waiting forever to hopefully get some money back. With Home Depot, Walmart and Lowe's nearby, who all offer instant markdowns and savings, plus many online options, there is no need to waste your time or money at Menard's. They'll never see another penny from me again!

Have clearance piles of wood up front at a huge discount price. Organized in the lumber section too. Do not carry railroad ties sadly but can get a semi load of needed. Paint section is large.

I only removed a star because whoever the woman is that answers the phone there is rude every single time. Just as an example, I called for Russ and asked if he was available, she said he was not, so I asked when he might be, and she told me she doesn't schedule appointments... I never asked for an appointment or even for her to take a message, just when he might be in so I could call again.

I called this company in March 2019 to ask their prices for removal of 2 bathtub tiles with…read morereplacement on a separate date. The woman who answered said it would be just under $100 with an hour minimum. They sent two men which wasn't really necessary....while one was working the other was chatting with me about our pets. I timed both visits which were at an hour each so I was assuming $200 for the work. When I received the bill it was much more and was not itemized. I called to complain and was told Mike wasn't going to be back until the following week. I never received a call so I called again. This time the woman said the difference between the quote she gave me and the bill was the drive time to and from the shop. After the 2nd visit the man Tom told me he was finished for the day and going home. So I should not have been charged drive time back to the shop. If the office lady is going to give out prices she needs to mention drive time is not included. They did not offer senior discounts. And the materials charge for a small amount of grout used was high. On the positive side, Tom was a pleasant man and did a good job replacing the two tiles that we supplied him with.
