I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. Our original project was a botched Amazon Wall Mounting service that had originally taken 3-4 hours for the Amazon tech and the result was of terrible quality with wires sticking out of the wall and our soundbar hanging from the TV. As this was not up to par with our expectations, we set out to employee an outside AV company to come in and correct the work. I reached out to Rob in an urgent state since the previous AV company we were supposed to work with had cancelled on us with no apologies, and I was quickly put to work on finding a replacement. I sent out a quote request over Yelp with a detailed description of the project we were working on to various AV companies in the Philadelphia area, and Rob got back to me quickly and with a solid quote. He was able to schedule us in the following day to get the project done quickly. Rob came in and addressed our project in a professional and high quality manner. He was very knowledgeable about our project and even let us know that the way the Amazon tech had wired the TV was against building code and that if we had not had someone come in to fix it, we could have gotten a fine by the building inspectors. Rob was able to get the job done in less than an hour and a half and we are thrilled with the work he did!!! The contractors came (after weeks and weeks) and went without explaining anything and with all of the support materials, so when our back speakers didn't work I had no clue where to begin - other than to not call the big box store ever again.
