I bought a 2013 jx35 infinity from Mark on Sept 27th. I drove it home, the next day for a tag, and one day to work. The following day the transmission hesitated and a check engine light came on, I was less than a 1/2 mile from home so I turned around and parked it. I called Mark and told him about the issue along with the code p1778 and asked to return the car. He said he would have to get with Jim the owner. He later that day Oct 2nd told me Jim would give me $1000 towards repair but that was it. I asked him to have it repaired and he said no they did not make enough money off of the car.
