I wish I had a before picture because my car needed some serious work on the paint. I got a full detail and they did such a thorough job on the exterior and interior. I've had this car for 6 years so I have lot of scratches on it. I wasn't expecting them to buff these out but somehow they did!! They made the paint look brand new. I loved it. The interior also looked amazing and they even cleaned under the seats and got all the little nook and crannies. And they were reasonable priced as well. Two stars for the quickness but the quickness comes with the price of not a clean car. Came here a little after 9am on a Saturday. I was the next customer in line, with two customers ahead of me waiting for their cars to be vacuumed. The guy washing my car was taking cigarette breaks in between washing my car. In total, he probably only spent 5 minutes wiping down my car with no attention to detail. I had to do spot cleaning when I got home because, as mentioned, my car only got a wipe down. They also left streaks on my windows that I had to go over myself when I got home. I paid too much to have to end up basically cleaning my own car. They need a lot of improvements, starting with the way they wash cars and having their workers take breaks away from customers cars and not during a wash job. I won't be coming back. read more

I trust very few people when it comes to washing my car. I was really skeptical about bringing my car here, considering this place is practically new. Let me rid you of your anxiety by saying this place is awesome. Before I came, my car looked like it got hit by a mud slide. Within minutes, these guys made it look as good as new. I only opted for the exterior wash, so I can't speak for the interior. They were as thorough as can be! Every nook and cranny is spotless and squeaky clean. The best part? It only cost $12!!! I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was for the level of detail. There's a waiting area off to the side underneath a canopy. About 8 chairs and a sofa. It gets the job done. Complimentary water bottles if you want. Staff is very friendly too! This is definitely going to be my new car wash spot. There's even a rewards program. I love this spot, first time here and having a great experience. I didn't know where to park and didn't know if I went through the wrong entrance. The guy just greeted with a big friendly smile like we were family and said he can take care of it and drive it in properly. I asked if I could wait inside and it was this comfortable living room like spot, with music that reminds me of old family parties...like we are about to sing karaoke! Haha said I can drink or eat or even grab a beer (joke of course). I'm able to get my studying on while they hand wash my car inside and out. Yes I said hand wash! So needed in my case. I love this place. It is a unique business, an all-in-one auto service location. They do everything from oil/filter changes, to brake pads and washes/light detailing. Furthermore, it is a very affordable and generous business. Car washes are only $25 for inside/outside wash. They offer a fresh and healthy selection of free/paid refreshments; fruit, water, Yeo's soy milk, ect. The owner is a stand up guy. Second time coming here and I only come here when I don't have the time to wash my own car but I regret coming because it takes them longer to clean in and out my car than I do and I do a great job of cleaning my own car AND WAX fast(I have prior car wash cleaning experience when I was young and a motor head). It doesn't take 90 minutes to do a simple wash and vac. It is supposed to take 30 minutes to do one car from one staff member but there are 4 staff members here and two cars ahead of me. Not really efficient. Staff needs to hustle more instead of taking their time on a car. People need to get things done and is the reason why they have someone else wash their car in the first place. Came for an oil change due to seeing that they only charge 29.99 for an oil change. Ended up being charged $80!!! They do car washes here as well and didn't even wash my car for the $80 oil change. My tires are low and they didn't even fill them. The first time I came for an exterior car wash they charged me 10$. Th next time they charged me 18$. And now I paid 80$ for an oil change. Very thorough hand wash place. Pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, but still managed to get in and out in 90 minutes. Would go back.

For $25 (not including tips), you get a car hand wash as well as inside vacuuming. I personally thought they did a good job. I went in at 3:56pm and was out by 4:30pm. So it didn't take too long. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. read more

I have never felt inclined to write a review about a place before, but this place really blew me away by how kind, friendly, and hardworking they were. I had my alternator replaced and they went through hell trying to get my hood open (the release had broken earlier during a trip to O'reilly) but were able to open and fix my car perfectly. I haven't washed my car here yet but will definitely come back for one because they provided such wonderful service. read more

Clean, fast, and reasonably priced HAND wash. I used to only go to People's car wash and Mickey's but their lines got way too long and service suffered. Plus they're only open til 4 or 5. The ppl here open til late. Prices are similar to most places around Oakland due to the increased competition around here, meaning it's a good deal. read more

This place isn't very good for an oil change. I took my car in for an oil change and a few weeks later my car was out of oil. I would recommend that if you get an oil change here, please keep an eye on the person changing your oil and make sure he/she actually changes your oil and that they put in the correct amount of oil. I do not recommend this place at all! read more

Cleaned my car inside and out for $22 and as I was driving away, one of the workers stopped me and noticed the white scratch marks on the front of my car and said he could remove them for me for free!!! After he was finished those scratch marks were not visible at all anymore and I was so thankful because they have been bothering me for months since my sister swiped the car against something.
