I came across Carstar Scarborough North East through our auto insurance company. My Honda Fit front…read morebumper was hit. Insurance company gave me few body repair shops to choose from. I picked Carstar Scarborough North East because my husband's car was sent to this location few years ago and he was very happy with the outcome of the repair. From the first phone call with Frank to learn what are the steps, first meet up at the shop with Mary and Frank for quotation, dropping off the car for repair, and picking up after repair...the entire experience is TOP NOTCH. My insurance company booked rental car for 5 days, I paid extra for my rental insurance. The car was repaired in 3 days. Carstar saves me two days of rental insurance money. Aside from that, from the time my car was dropped off, I received daily emails of the status of the repair. They keep me on the loop of the entire process like car is in painting status, etc.. They even had my front headlights buffed (not sure if I am using the right term) and my fog lights fixed! Don't think that they asked me to do the review, I was the one who convinced and coaxed Frank to sent me the link coz I would LOVE to write this review in return of the AMAZING experience I had with them. It took me few minutes of convincing him to send me the link. They are very PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and again TOP-NOTCH in the industry... Hats off to Frank!

Hi, I am very happy to write this review for what a helpful, and rewarding experience I have had…read morewith the entire crew. I had an accident and was referred to Collision by my Insurance. As you know when you are taking your vehicle to get it fix you are nervous and hoping the shop will do a good job and you can trust them. My experience started when I met Cindy at the reception. She was courteous and very helpful and offered me a coffee and I waited for the gentleman to inspect my vehicle. This person was Nigel , a very kind and helpful person. Imagine you are trusting someone to fix your vehicle and take good care of it. From my initial step into the office it was a gratifying experience. I then met Ramsey, a very caring and extremely helpful person. Ramsey is the head of the operation. If you have met him you will know what I am referring to. Ramsey has your interest at heart, and only want to get the job done correctly and you make sure you are satisfied which is exactly my experience. My experience continued when I met Christina, a lovely and helpful individual, Christina made me feel like a family, she went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. She came out with me to the vehicle holding my hands to the car for it was a snowy day full of ice and snow and I was very nervous going to my vehicle. The job was superb. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the way in which they cleaned my car after the job was finished. There was another issue with my vehicle that was not related to the accident and Ramsey and Christina went above and beyond to help me and get my vehicle working. Dealing with Concord Collision centre was truly a very gratifying and happy experience. I don't want to ever have another accident but should that ever unfortunately recur, I would only want to go to this centre. They treat you like a family member and only want the best for you. I would like to thank, Ramsey, Christina and Cindy sincerely for the warm and caring treatment. I would also like to thank the staff who worked on my vehicle to get the job done. I cannot thank you enough for your care and warmth in handling my vehicle and me. Sincerely, Glory S.

The estimate process was easy to schedule. Took 5 minutes. Had to wait 3-4 days to hear back that parts had to be ordered and they call when they were ready. A call came about 1 week later. They had a rental car ready for us and they took the car for the body work. It took a little longer than I would have expected (~ 2 weeks). Don't matter as we had the rental. Well, the car was fixed perfectly. You would never know there was an accident. The insurance paid and we had no issues. I would certainly return to Concord Collision. They were extremely easy to deal with.

BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!…read more I wouldn't trust this shop with a lawnmower, let alone my car. I bought winter rims and tires from them, and they sold me oversized rims that clearly didn't fit my vehicle properly -- just trying to unload last year's stock with no concern for safety or fit. After one winter of driving, I noticed extensive paint chipping all down the sides of my car, exactly where the rims were sticking out. Nathan, the manager, told me to go next door to another shop for a second opinion. That shop confirmed the damage was 100% caused by the oversized rims. I also confirmed with the rim manufacture that these rims were not meant for my car. Still, Nathan refused to take any accountability for it. On top of that, the TPMS sensors they sold me never worked. I had to visit three separate shops -- including theirs -- before they finally admitted they were faulty and gave me a refund for those too. I made over 50 phone calls, visited their shop multiple times, and it still took more than three months just to get my money back for the rims. And after all that, they still refused to cover any of the damage their negligence caused to my vehicle, costing me thousands in repairs. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Evasive. If you value your vehicle or your time, do not go here. They do not stand behind their products, they do not care about their customers, and they will leave you holding the bag when things go wrong.
