Didn't even matter because he spent time with me troubleshooting, which he absolutely didn't need to do, and even offered to give me a ride the following morning if the issue was still there, which, again, wasn't his fault but he didn't care instead wanting to make sure I was taken care of regardless. It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer, especially when it's an issue unrelated to their work. I was nothing but impressed and elated at the work he did and his willingness to assist me even though he didn't have to do so. Thanks again my guy, and folks don't waste your time elsewhere.
