He tried to help us buy a car but the deal didn't work out with the old management at the time and we ended up going to another dealership instead. We felt Marvin was a good agent so we reached out again when another car we wanted came up recently. He also remembered us after when he jogged his memory; he got the Saturday morning, rainy weather and two young kids. He is very professional, sincere and kind and I would highly recommend him asking for him on your next purchase. The dealership is very large and clean. They pride themselves on their Grandma policy (treat customers like your own grandma). Oddly, just water was offered and no coffee/beverages and snacks like other dealerships when they know you're buying/signing papers. The large dealership even has a mini cafeteria but didn't have time to check out the menu. We have 30 days covered with this car to bring back should something not be right. The price they post is pretty much the walkout price plus hst. I like this a lot as most places have a list of weird add ons that can range from dealer to dealership. Ie) Last place charged us $80 if we wanted a full tank of gas vs this one just filled the tank(grandma policy!)

They have surprisingly good range of parts and brands in stock even for older models and same day access to almost anything else from the warehouse. Manager usually works the phones and counter and is very forthcoming providing all the brand and price options.They carry many of the off-brand lines you see in online parts catalogues (Standard, Spectra, Crown, OES Genuine) at prices very pretty to online stores but with added convenience of same day pickup and dealing locally for things like claims or core returns. I've installed a couple of Spectra Ignition coils from them for a great price, a Moog Control Arm-Ball Joint unit and they had in stock a specific NGK Laser Platimum plug which was a special order in all other stores. All have held up well over time removing any suspicion about the authenticity & fitness of the products. While I still consider 747 Auto Parts to be the gold standard in direct-to-consumer parts (given the near demise of NAPA as a retailer) Best Way is also a really good option for consumers who get their own parts in the north-east quarter of the GTA.

I asked one of the customer service rep about this item and she got the details and come back and said the inventory is wrong and we don't have this item and I confirmed with the manager(Heidi). I spoke to the manager(Heidi) and explained about the wrong information in the system. The reason given to me by her is it is stolen. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue. Don't forget to swipe your Petro-Canada rewards card. The Works car wash was okay. It was more important that it was touch-free and didn't have brushes to leave micro scratches on the vehicle paint.

My visit last month extended this streak. I had no problem using my Petro Points card, my 407 ETR gas discount card, and my credit card to pay for my gas fill-up. This gas station is always clean at the pump. All was great. There weren't a lot of folks there. I was one of two customers on a Saturday afternoon. I loved it. It was great returning here. It's a decent gas station. I'll return when I'm back in the area and need to refuel. (385)
