My Audi was making an ungodly noise and I was on my way to a graduation event in which my niece was speaking. I hobbled over to Frohriep, per a recommendation from a kindly neighbor. The male owner (Mike) drove my suv to the lifty thing and took a look. Major bad news, especially since I was on my way to an important event. Broken rear springs! What?! How?! (There were other preferred shops in town but this was closest to my home) I had never been to Tapper body shop and honestly had never heard of it. Also going to fix the seat from a rub of metal on someone pants. So we got it back a week later and it looks like it just rolled off the assembly line as a brand new car. The seat has absolutely no marks on it at all. Outside is like a reflection of mirror it is so clear from swirl marks. If you want you vehicle taken care of they will definitely get the job done. This auto repair shop lacks on price transparency and unwillingness to address concerns. During a service visit, additional repairs were suggested to my partner without disclosing costs upfront. When we later disputed the charges--explaining we were never informed of the price--they dismissed our concerns and refused any refund. Clear communication and accountability are essential in trustworthy businesses, and this experience fell short on both.
