Not only did they over-charge me but the work was not completed properly and diagnostics were incorrect. I barely made it back to Michigan and was terrified the entire drive. I then brought my car into L&T. Night and day difference! Not only did they correct things, they were able to PROPERLY diagnose the issues. One issue was going to be quite costly, if repaired in a certain manner. I was given three options for that issue and was not pushed in any direction. I appreciate being spoken to like an adult and treated with respect. My car drives flawlessly now and should I ever need anything in the future, I will be returning here!

Having used Legendary for our high performance diesel truck builds and repair I can say without a…read moredoubt Chad and his team are top notch! They do stay pretty busy (for good reason), so you may not feel like you are as valued as you may hope from a service provider upon first impression. HOWEVER, this shop is absolutely the place to be for your diesel trucks!! My first experience with Chad and his team proved to me this is a place you can trust. I had an f350 I was absolutely convinced needed a trans rebuild! I dropped the truck off after waiting a few weeks for an appointment and after a day or so Chad (the owner) calls and tells me my trans is just fine and does not need rebuilt, I insisted that the trans was trashed they need only to get the truck up to running temp and the trans will go into limp mode, the next day they called me and told me that it was only a rusted in half power lead to the ecu/ pcm and that the trans was like new again! The charge was only for a couple hours shop time which pales in comparison to the many thousands of dollars they could have made just replacing perfectly fine trans parts, or even: some shops would have charged for the trans rebuild only to have just fixed the power lead and I would have been none the wiser. Since then I have used them for various other high performance projects and service. Every time the RESULTS are impeccable. When Chad, the owner, is not already helping another customer, he is very eager to help you actually understand the fundamentals of your questions so you truly understand what is involved with every project! Was greeted by a friendly man and woman. The man immediately took me outside to check my car. He told me it would be cheaper and easier to get paint from the car manufacturer for the small chips, because he wouldn't be able to get his paint to go on as well as the paint I could get from the manufacturer, but, if I got the paint he would help me put it on. He also looked at the small scratch on my door. He immediately said he would be right back and went inside and got some polish and buffed out the small scratch right there in the parking lot in a few minutes. He said I was all set, and I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said don't worry about it. I never ever expect things for free, but when I get help like this it's so appreciated. If I ever any need any body work done or need a scratch fixed, this is the first place I will be headed! It's sometimes hard to find honest people to work on cars. I feel this place is one of those places!
