Had a small scratch on my door that I was hoping they…read morecould schedule a time to remove and a couple of paint dings from rocks, and I was hoping to buy a small amount of paint to fix. Was greeted by a friendly man and woman. The man immediately took me outside to check my car. He told me it would be cheaper and easier to get paint from the car manufacturer for the small chips, because he wouldn't be able to get his paint to go on as well as the paint I could get from the manufacturer, but, if I got the paint he would help me put it on. He also looked at the small scratch on my door. He immediately said he would be right back and went inside and got some polish and buffed out the small scratch right there in the parking lot in a few minutes. He said I was all set, and I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said don't worry about it. I never ever expect things for free, but when I get help like this it's so appreciated. If I ever any need any body work done or need a scratch fixed, this is the first place I will be headed! It's sometimes hard to find honest people to work on cars. I feel this place is one of those places!

My Audi was making an ungodly noise and I was on my way to a graduation event in which my niece was speaking. I hobbled over to Frohriep, per a recommendation from a kindly neighbor. The male owner (Mike) drove my suv to the lifty thing and took a look. Major bad news, especially since I was on my way to an important event. Broken rear springs! What?! How?! As I said, they don't do that sort of work, as they are a body shop. BUT, they hooked me up with TUFFY and Tuffy was able to get me in right away (thanks Dusty and James). The female owner (Michele) called to check on rental cars and drove me to Enterprise and waited while I secured a rental! Mike insisted on driving my poor car to Tuffy himself. Frohriep did all of this knowing they wouldn't make a dime off of me! They are GOOD PEOPLE who care about others in the community. They were a godsend to me that awful day. I will definitely use them if I ever need body work.

Unable to provide an accurate completion date, by the time it was all said and done I think I was…read moregiven about 10 different dates. They kept pushing it out further and further. Told me it would take 4 weeks to 6 weeks max, took them almost 8 weeks. Tried to blame my insurance company for the delay, I reached out to the company and it was no fault of theirs and body shop won't admit thier mistake. When I picked up my car the dash had smudges all over from the spray that was applied and not wiped off completely. All my windows were dirtier than when I dropped it off. Least you could do was wipe off the obnoxious amount of water spots on the windows for the money I spent here. To top it all off the passenger door that was replaced wouldnt open from the inside and i had to return to the facility. Definitely not returning, K and D body shop provides way better service. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. No apology or compensation offered either.
