100% - Highly Recommended!…read more I purchased a car in Chicago and had some work done on it there. Not only did they over-charge me but the work was not completed properly and diagnostics were incorrect. I barely made it back to Michigan and was terrified the entire drive. I then brought my car into L&T. Night and day difference! Not only did they correct things, they were able to PROPERLY diagnose the issues. One issue was going to be quite costly, if repaired in a certain manner. I was given three options for that issue and was not pushed in any direction. He also said the rough idle is "normal"There is a power train warranty on the truck, but the service manager called the warranty company and told them "he wasn't that concerned about it" so now the warranty company won't fix the bad lifters and the dealership won't stand behind the truck I bought from them. According to the service manager a worn lifter that is "bleeding down" is not a failed part and this is his reason for disregarding my concern that this will lead to engine failure.
