From the beginning, Adam was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He was patient with all of our questions, communicated clearly, and never made us feel pressured. Even when things became more complicated, he remained kind, responsive, and did everything he could to help us through the process. Unfortunately, once management became involved, there were several miscommunications and mistakes that made what should have been an exciting experience much more stressful than it needed to be. That portion of the experience was disappointing. Despite those issues, Adam continued to be an advocate for us, and his professionalism and customer service were the reason we ultimately completed our purchase. We truly appreciate all of his hard work and dedication, and he is absolutely deserving of a 5-star review. Thank you, Adam, for making the best of a difficult situation and for taking such great care of us.

AVOID AVOID AVOID…read more Even by used car standards, these guys are easily the biggest liars and scumbags I've ever dealt with. And they are so stupid it's all in writing. First they lied and told me they could sell the extended warranty for $2,900. Then they tried to sell me the same warranty for *$9,000* on a car where they were offering the identical warranty on their own website (same car) for $5,700. They just inflate the prices and try to screw their customers hoping they don't notice. See screenshots below. Then the finance manager claimed it was a "GM manufacturer's warranty" even though that was a blatant lie. It was for a Corvette and he later admitted it was done by Toyota Financial Services. Then they claimed a third party warranty would offer Used fake Chinese parts. Yet another lie. All in writing. Then they promised to reserve the car with a credit card. I told them to send me the info so I could give them credit card for the deposit and book travel. They didn't send it and I followed up three times today. They kept blaming their email system not working and other excuses. He finally sent it as I was walking into a 4PM meeting, and I told him I would sign it when I walked out and call him. I called him as I walked out and he told me that he had someone else coming to see the car and that "they had been trying to get a hold of me all day" - another COMPLETE LIE . I had literally called them FIVE times that day, and had spoken to him less than 90 minutes before. I have the call history to prove it. He also told me they had "30 salespeople competing to sell that car". When's the last time you saw a small town car dealer with *30* salespeople? These idiots wasted hours of my time, and lied repeatedly at every step. (and in case you're wondering, see attached photos where they claimed they were offering a factory GM warranty as a Toyota dealership, as well as the warranty discrepancy) Trust me... Take your business elsewhere.

Around 3:30 pm I came across a woman and her daughter that had a totlaly flat tire that happened in a busy intersection. the mom was super stressed and didn't know Whittier. Other people stopped to help by calling AAA, pushing her car out of the way and such. tow trucks involved etc. I called in to find out if they had the correct size tire as she was on a unexpected emergency budget. it was close to closing at 5 but Mr. Guiterrez stayed open for this woman and her daughter to be towed to him. I was so glad he came through for this family. I trust him to come through for your tire needs.

La Habra location couldn't take me because they said they already had 8 appointments that morning, but called their Whittier location (this one I'm reviewing, and about 4 miles away) if they are free to take walk-ins, and that's how I ended up here. I was immediately helped and they started working on my tire within a few minutes I got there. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They did my tire repair for free. This is my first time going to Daniel's, so I'm not a repeat customer or anything, so I'm amazed they did it for free! They got a customer for life when I need new tires, alignment, rotation, etc. Friendly people and very professional. I highly recommend Daniel's!
