They refused to give me an earlier appointment as they didn't have openings. I booked at Modern Mazda in Thomaston got in that week and it turned out Liberty did not properly seal the oil pan on the previous oil change so the leak was actually their fault. I will never return to Liberty. Modern Mazda has been amazing to deal with and so helpful. Buy and do service with them is my recommendation.

After having the car inspected for a wrap on the top, a reputable company informed us that the car has no ceramic coating. We were shocked, so we had it looked at by another company known for ceramic coatings, and they confirmed there was no coating on the car. Both companies put their findings in writing. We called them up, and they claimed to have done the coating but had no solution for us. Understandably, we are very upset; we gave them a chance to offer a solution or make it right, and they basically just said, "we did it," and that was it. The car also has swirl marks and did not undergo proper paint correction before it was "coated." Walking out after spending $100,000, we should be 100% happy, and we definitely aren't. We feel like we were swindled. I will give two stars because the salesman and the people who gave us the car tutorial and set up were very kind and informative. However, their response to a very valid complaint is unacceptable.

Within the first 3 months the CUE system stopped working twice and only displayed a black screen. As a result, the radio, heat, back up camera, staring wheel controls, and parking assist do not work. Stephens reset the system and it would work for a few weeks and go out again. In addition, the car does not start up at least once a week where I have to continue to hit the push to start until it eventually starts. Most recently, the car has had an issue shifting into drive. Update: I still a little disappointed that I had so many issues with the car within the first few months however Stephens has gone above and behind to resolve the issue especially the service department and Bryan the service manager. I was so frustrated with the issues I hung up on Bryan when I was advised on how much it would cost. Instead of getting upset and giving up Bryan called the head office and found a program that would cover the majority of the cost. Instead of taking it personal he understood my frustration and continued to help. He called me several times to provide updates of the status and resolved the issue fully. One would not expect to have so many issues within a year after paying $30k on a vehicle. However, based on my experience with the service department I would say the issues I had were just and abnormally which happens. Based on the service and resolution I would have no problem buying from Stephens again or recommending them to others. I truly appreciate the work the service department and Bryan did to correct the issues with my car. Great guy!

As a younger female, autoshops aren't usually the most welcoming places, but this was the best auto-realted shop I have ever been to. They even fixed my tire free of charge and encouraged me to come back if I needed any other work done. Excellent experience. The Monday before the storm going up Avon Mountain, I felt the car struggling going up and then it started to shake. I reached the office where I work at and my husband suggested to take it somewhere near the office. I started looking and saw that Village was a few minutes away. I called and was told to bring the car over. After explaining the situation he indicated he might know the issue. I left the car there and went to work. A few hours later he indicated that I needed to replace the spark plugs and ignition cord. My car was ready before my day ended at work, when I drove up Avon Mountain, what a smooth ride going up. I've had no issues ever since, I would definitely recommend Village.
