I made them aware of the situation the same day I purchased it, they said they knew what the issue was and they can fix it in a couple weeks. A couple weeks go by they "fix" what they said the problem was but it was still jumping so I brought it to another mechanic which identified the real problem in less than 15 minutes. The transmission was bad and needed to be changed they've been promising to fix it and it's been 5 months still not fixed at this point I can't even drive it anymore no compensation or anything just my money gone so I am going to file a civil lawsuit because I was promised a 30 day warranty and it's been 5 months. There was a delay because they were waiting…read moreon a part (and had to reorder it) for the Mercedes, so the car was there for about three weeks, which was bit frustrating. However, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. Another shop told us it was the transmission, but WT took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found it was something else-without trying to overcharge us. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I'll definitely be bringing our vehicles back. Highly recommend. Thank you to the staff, the young lady at the front desk and the technicians! I made an appointment for 10 am, I came in at 9:55am and my car was taken to the garage at 10 am. they took a look and reported back what needed to be done and how much and began working. they came back to have me look at my car and explain the plan for further repair and the price. They were quick and communicated very clearly along the way. I was super happy with the service! and i highly recommend!!!
