Once he determined what the issues were he showed them to me and explained how he would fix them as well as the price. An hour later the job was done and I was shown the finished work. When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!
