Diagnosed as a fuel pump issue. I agreed to his diagnosis and cost of $720.00 for parts and labor which the said had to be paid before they touched the car, again I paid. He left to get parts and came back 2 days later Installed the fuel pump and car still wouldn't start, he left stating he'd be back later, nothing, I MOST STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We thought using this mobile mechanic would be convenient, however it was more of an inconvenience and put me and my family's lives at risk. We asked for Floyd to replace the wheel bearing. He showed up 2 hours late. He started replacing it and then he had to take the part to a shop to get it pressed. Hours later he called and told us he wouldn't be able to make it back that day and that he'll come back tomorrow. I had to work the next day, so it was a big inconvenience for me. Him and my husband had a serious conversation about the lack of professionalism and how it inconvenienced us. One of his responses was "I ain't Jesus!" Smh! Once the job was done he was begging my husband to give him a good review on Google. My husband was hesitant. Floyd insisted that he did a good job despite the issue the prior day. Now the past few days we've been hearing weird nosies when we would go over bumps. Something sounded loose. Then last night I heard a pop noise and the brakes started rattling when pressed. It sounded worse when backing up. We took it to another mechanic today. It turns out Floyd did not tighten the bolts on the rotor and the wheel and one was missing, causing damage to the car. Warning Do not use this person!!! He charged me $700 and then did over $1000 of damage to my car, lost 9 bolts that had to be ordered, left the oil leaking because he didn't put the bolts back in. He incorrectly set the timing, didn't put the belts on properly and broke others in the process in addition to many other broken clamps and hoses, these damages were his fault. He did not repair anything, and lied about the issue which was bad spark plugs. I have this in writing from a legitimate mechanic. Additionally I have cameras in my driveway and on my front porch so I have everything he did and said on tape! Scammed me out of $700 and now has my phone number blocked from reaching him. I had a wiper motor installed on my 2010 mustang, by auto world mobile mechanics. From the beginning, I purchased the wiper motor new, and there was nothing wrong with it. He installed it, the wipers havent worked since, but you can hear the wiper motor humming, when you turn the switch on.He stripped the wiper assembly or something, and refuses to come back and make it good !!! I either deserve a full refund of the deposit, and the labor, because I purchased the wiper motor new at the Ford dealership, and if this matter isn't resolved to my satisfaction, this matter is gonna go before the better business bureau, and Cobb County magistrate court!!! Left again and after several calls over a 5 day period he came back. Worked on car and still wouldn't start. Also had lost the access panel screws and washers, he left stating he'd be back the next day. Never saw him again. I texted and called over 20 times for return of $175 so I could tow it to another mechanic. Never replied. I ended up towing to a reputable shop that diagnosed and repaired my car in 1 day. They ended up replacing the same NEW parts he claimed were purchased and installed. Cost $575.00. I MOST STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
