Since I'm a girl who doesn't like to wait around, 15 minutes isn't bad for an oil change. So I walk in, ready to get my service. I stood there for at least 5 full minutes while the secretary at the desk took a personal phone call. About 3 minutes in, I was acknowledged but it was still another minute or two before I was asked about why I came in. She takes my keys and I sit down in the waiting area. A few minutes later, one of the service guys comes in. He shows me my air filter, tells me it's dirty (and it definitely was), and asked if he wanted me to replace it (adding that everything else in my car looked great). I asked how much it would cost and he tells me $10.00 for the part and no additional labor, so I let him do it. Then I don't see my car for about 1/2 an hour, maybe a little longer...I pay and leave. Once I get into my car, I realize that the boy who did the service on my car also took the liberty of vacuuming out my car (which ironically was what I was going to do after the oil change). It is a little pricey for an oil change ($34.95), but usually the service can't be beat. (And usually there is a nicer older gentleman running the desk who is much more pleasant.) Alas, it will be awhile before my Ford finds herself parked in this garage again. There are much cheaper places nearby. Get rid of the desk lady and maybe, just maybe I'll come back.

I also had their receptionist, Nicole who I talked to many times about my jeep. Nicole, was super helpful with any and all questions I had that she could answer to the best of her ability! Also, Ben who had picked up a time or two when I would called and let me know about parts they were waiting for. Thank you! I ended up being stuck on the side of the road because the radiator hoses were not installed properly and then I had antifreeze all of the engine bay of my jeep and all over the road. I was missing the install clips and the electrical cover and with the jeep system not being reset the dash lit up with dash lights I had to look up in my manual while I waited for help.
