Stop & Shine was 2 minutes from where it had taken place so I pulled in (nobody in line, 4 open stalls) clearly not a busy time of day today 5:45pm. I literally spent 3 minutes taking pictures in the facility of the damage. It being winter I have no substantial lighting on my driveway to take current pictures of the damage it being dark already. I was Considering rinsing the area but decided for autopac purposes that may not be a good idea. The younger male working wouldn't stop hovering over me. 3 minutes after I pulled in I was getting in my vehicle to leave and he confronted me very rudely asking if "I was going to spend any money" I told him my predicament and he said "So, are you going to spend any money?" And walked away before I could reply. No compassion, no remorse or empathy I was disgusted. Gone are the days where you hear people get in an accident and you ask "I'm sorry to hear, are you alright" or even a "oh no problem take your time" Even a "oh I'm sorry to hear, these are our rules just so you know for the future" but that's not even the respect that I received. I'm horrified by the way I was treated by this younger man and I won't be returning. Never mind that I've never complained about the facility in the past, that being said, when this younger man is working, he doesn't clean the stalls and the exterior stall on the side of the building is never cleaned and it can get very disgusting. Convenience will no longer be the driving factor for my return.

I was invited to come into the office when I arrive there for a tour. This place will take tap, tokens and coins. As a welcome to the car wash, Jeremy gave me four tokens to get started. Then showed me how to work everything. This place is amazing. I would highly recommend that everybody go there. I am very happy that I discovered this gem of a car wash and will be to returning for many many car washes in my future! Jeremy's kind and warm demeanour really just made my morning really delightful. As to the facility, the stalls were generously sized! My pants will a-test to the wonderful pressure; as my aim and body positioning clearly require work! All the unwanted hitch hikers (bug and bug smears) have been dutifully removed from my car swiftly and easily! All in all affordable and effective. Spent 10.00 including the four tokens (prewash, soap, rinse and wax). Managed to do all interior mats and trunk liner! Thank you Wave Carwash!

Very busy self-serve car wash just off Goulet in St. Boniface…read more Prices are reasonable and it's spacious inside. They take non-Amex credit cards directly at the stations. Lots of washing options available, as well as the ability to dry on site as long as there's nobody in line. They heavily enforce this as I've gotten yelled at before for not having an active timer while vehicles are waiting...so just keep that in mind.
