Paid for 5 star cleaning and definitely didn't get my money's worth outside had spots on the windows and doors inside they only did the front area didn't vacuum or wash the mats in the backseat or the rear compartment. Had children with me so was too distracted to check their job before I left sent an email with my complaint and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. NEVER using them again. read more

I tried this place out two times as they are conveniently located for me and Chamois is a bit out of the way . The first time was terrible, there was still sand in the car, the floor mats were not put back properly, there was still dirt on the interior of the doors, and the inside rear window had dirt left. The second attempt was just as bad. My interior car windows are still dirty. Still lots of sand, the exterior has water spots all over it, and many exterior places where dirt was left. The exterior is no better then when I go to a Co-Op no-touch car wash. This is a brand new car. 500kms on the first visit and 2300kms on the second visit. read more

I've washed my car here a few times, always just the basic wash. Good value for the money spent considering you get an interior and exterior clean in about 10 minutes or less. A few knicks and crannies are usually missed but for the money spent and for how quickly they are able to get you in and out I'll be repeat customer. read more

worst carwash ever. Not only was my van not clean (inside and out) but they did not put my floor mats back in my van. When i went back 1 hour later to ask for my car mats the OWNER told me i should check my vehicle better before leaving a car wash... Seriously??? What kind of business are they trying to run? This was all after tripping and almost falling face first on cement into water. The entrance way was so uneven the customer infront of me stopped me from falling face first. The cement was all uneven and the floor was so wet, you wold think in a carwash they would have proper drains, and fix their floors. wow never again would i go there, and i would suggest the same to everyone. Took my new 2011 Grand Cherokee there and what a great experience I had. The truck glimmered after the wash and the windows were so clean I though they were open. I expected better. Their crew left blotches of dirt all over the dash and their wash failed to clean below the windshield wipers on the windshield as well as left dirty spots on my running boards. I also had breakable tools in the backseat so I advised them not to touch the backseat but their crew not only went in, but hopped right into the back while my truck was going through the wash so they could wipe down the windows, which I instructed them not to worry about. read more
