One out of 8 machines I use didn't complete my wash, apparently she thinks I'm stupid because she blamed me for it not working. Then she tellse I have remove my belongings which are soaked and to put them in another machine as to which I had to pay for. A larger machine that costed more. These machines are disgusting, they destroy your clothes, they don't spin completely. The dryers are gross too, the settings on them are way off. Either you spend a lot on low heat or burn your clothes on high heat. I think I spent $80.00 on 7 or 8 loads plus an extra wash. That was my 2nd time going there in probably 3 years, both times I had a vehicle. Go to EK, Washatear (sp), way way cheaper. Further but you save $60. Thank you, I hope this gets posted.

The male staff member literally took the paid item away from the female customer and held it and said he's the manager, while he was on the phone with his friend/family/whoever during work hours. Super unprofessional and disrespectful towards female customers. The female customer had requested the store manager's card to report the male employee for engaging in a private phone conversation with his friends instead of providing exceptional customer service. The male employee also claimed he was the store manager and didn't have a business card. Since the Esso store was recently acquired by a new owner, the quality of service has significantly deteriorated. Manager, please instruct your staff to refrain from making private phone calls to their friends/family/whoever. It's unprofessional and get rid of the male employee that worked at this Esso on Thursday evening/night. He's incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible, and rude.

Today was my third time going through the Touchless Car Wash at this Esso branch and my last. The…read morefirst time, the sensor was so sensitive that it took a LONG time to adjust the car for it to start. It would either be at "GO" or "BACKUP". I have since learned how to inch the car into the tiny window for the carwash to start. Then, I drove forward too quickly and then the carwash turned off so my car was not dried at all. The second time was better but there were also watermarks and uneven drying. Today, however, the left side of the carwash had NO water and did not wash that half of my car. The right side did, which left my car clean on the right side and dirty with a clear muddy white strip down the left. I took photos to show the cashier who informed me that the policy is that there are no rewashes. NO REWASHES even if the carwash is BROKEN? That's ridiculous.
