I live in southern Arizona. When my wife found the car of her dreams at a used car dealership in…read moreGeorgia, I had to take a deep breath. Spending $7000 to buy a car without the opportunity to slam the doors or kick the tires? Let me cut to the chase to say this: it could not have gone better. If you live in the area and can actually visit, then I think you'll have a great experience as well. Buying a used car from 1750 miles is not for the faint of heart. Everything has to be done over the phone, over the Internet, via FedEx. Is the car as advertised? [Yes, it was exactly as advertised.]. Will the dealer play fair with you, knowing your ability to knock on their door is limited? [Yes, the dealer was the model of professionalism]. Is the dealer responsive to emails and phone calls? [Yes, the dealer was very responsive.] We saw the car listed on the web site. We enquired via email, and received a prompt reply. The car looked great in the photos, and price given its condition [excellent] and mileage [low] was competitive. In our case, Graham didn't dicker much on the price, but we had been looking for this make and model long enough that we felt the asking price was fair. They accepted a down payment over the phone via credit card and then gamely held off the hordes of potential buyers who also wanted the car! We had some back and forth via FedEx to sign the purchase docs, and via FedEx sent them the signed documents and a check for the balance. We made transport arrangements, and Graham handed off the car to the transport company. Five days later it was in our driveway and Graham sent a FedEx with the final paperwork. We had a great experience. If you live in the area and you're looking for a used car, then I recommend you include a visit to Graham Auto.

I advise anyone who purchases a vehicle from United Auto Gallery to please wait a couple of months…read morebefore you give this company a review & please get a mechanic to do a thorough check and get all report you can from the vehicle before purchasing it. My wife & I purchased a 2011 Ford F250 from United Auto Gallery on January 28, 2023 with 265,000 miles on it, this was our first time purchasing a Diesel vehicle. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I noticed it had a radiation leak, I got it fixed because I felt as if I had a good truck. 2mouths after I noticed a real bad oil leak I also got it fixed and reached out to United Auto Gallery to inform them on the issue that have been occurring with the vehicle. Here is August 6mouths later of purchasing the vehicle and now the entire fuel injection system have went out. I reach out to them again and explain to them all this have occurred with vehicle, they played victim and said I'm trying to blame them for happened with the truck and said my kind of truck always having fuel injection failure but refusing to acknowledge the prior issues before this. My truck had little dents and bents here and there but the truck look good but it had major internal issues. So I'm here to inform anyone to get a good mechanic to do a good internal inspection because United Auto Gallery sales guys only out to sell not to provide good quality to their customers.

What a great experience for buying a car. My wife and…read moreI went to Mazda Mall of Georgia to look for a replacement of her 2016 Mazda CX-5. I already looked at their inventory and picked out 2025 Mazda CX-5 Reserve in Soul Red CPO. I had called ahead to make sure it was still available and made an appointment for 5:30. We arrived and were greet by Lewis Moats. The car was waiting for us by the front door. After copying my wife's license, we were off on the test drive. The route was a blend of curvy back road to a ride on the highway to get a good feel of the car. Lewis got quiet when asked so we car hear how quiet the car was and there were no strange noises. My wife loved the handling and the power on tap when needed. Zoom Zoom it is. When we got back to the dealership we met with the sales manager, Carly Vendemia, to go over the numbers. I remembered her as the finance person who helped me buy my 2021 Mazda CX-5 Reserve which shows this is not a turn over dealer but one where people stay and get promoted. She and I went over the numbers. I showed her my research on my trade and she showed me hers and we met at a number we both agreed on. I also filled out the coupon on their website and got an additional $500 off. Next stop finance. Fabian Jackson handled the finance part. He was professional and showed me all the options. Since it was a CPO and had warranties all we needed was the oil change package which gets you 6 oil changes with tire rotation and inspection every time you come in. I got it when I got my 2021 and it is well worth it. He was unable to match my interest on the CPO that I was able to get from my credit union but they came close. Last step was Lewis Moats, a great salesman, who patiently sat with my wife in her new car showing her all the options and controls. He didn't rush her and she asked question after question. He also programmed the car play to work with her phone. She was happy and drove home with a smile. There are a lot of dealers out there but this is one you should shop at. They care for their employees and it shows. I have seen the same service people for years and one became the service manager. They explain everything that needs to be done and fix it right the first time.

Saturday evening my wife and I purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71 from Nash Chevrolet. I have never…read morebeen a fan on buying cars, new or used but our salesman, Jeff Campbell changed that for me. We stopped in right before the dealership was about to close, 9 minutes before to be exact. We didn't intend on working a deal, but just wanted to stop in and see what they had on the lot since car dealerships have had limited inventory due to the chip shortage. We saw something we liked, so I went in just to ask a few questions. Jeff made it clear that he was willing to work a deal right then and there, if we were. We hesitated because we didn't want to be rude and keep them there late, but the Nash team insisted it was ok. I told Jeff that I was a no BS kind of guy, and I wanted to get a few thing out there before we even started running credit etc.. Everything that I had concerns about, he put to rest and honored his word the whole way through the process. I told him we didn't want my credit run more than once, and I wanted to know up front if we were going to be paying more because of the vehicle shortage. He assured me the online price was the price, and by the time we signed the papers, it was. Our credit was also only ran one time as promised. There were no hidden fees, and nobody pushing anything that we didn't want pushed on us. We also were financing the vehicle under our business. I thought it might be a problem to do this being that it was after hours and Saturday, but it wasn't. Even though commercial financing costs a little more, we were still very pleased with our rate. Because the dealership was technically closed, there was nobody there to detail it, but Jeff promised that we could schedule something the following week and they would get it cleaned up for us. The pandemic has been tough on dealerships. There are fewer cars to sell, and employees that still need to be paid. Many dealerships have been marking up their vehicles 10 or 15k over the MSRP to help offset that. I'm so grateful to Nash Chevrolet for not taking advantage of us. As I told Jeff before we left, he has gained a customer for a life and I will be happy to refer anybody that I know to him.
