My mother and I had an amazing experience working with Patrick while searching for a reliable…read morevehicle. He stayed patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process and made sure we found the perfect car for our needs. He answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, and even bought us snacks while we waited. Overall, he gave us the best car-buying experience. Highly recommend!

At first I was very pleased with the service. I had to wait two days to get the check to take to…read morethe dealer. I asked that they would shampoo the two seats in the front and the complete back seat because there were many stains and it smelled really bad and it looked horrible. They were supposed to do that that day. Instead since I had to wait two days to come in they didn't do anything. The previous owner was likely a single mom and was filthy as were her two children that sat in the backseat and her third one in the front seat. The stains were prominent and dark and there must have been the baby in a car seat that urinated profusely and it's diaper cuz there was a circle in the backseat. I asked them to add freon to the reservoir for the air conditioner because it wasn't cooling enough. When I went to get in the car they had the air conditioner full blast to show me the it was cool air now but that cool air blasting was blasting the smell of methamphetamines which I had been subjected to in North Carolina and can never forget thatstenchh. I asked that they would check the tire pressure and inflate them as needed, Somebody, possibly the filthy mother or the dealership peeled off the window tinting on the front back and each window, leaving behind all of the adhesive which was causing the back windshield to look like stripes going across. I told them that I could not drive the car if I can't see where I'm going The front windshield was cleaned and then they questioned me as to whether or not I needed the drivers side and passenger side in the front cleaned also I said I need all of them cleaned I don't want that sticky stuff on there. The guy said okay He did remove the tough adhesive from the windshield and the the windows but not the back glass. On that first day the general manager or owner told me that he needed to add some more gas to the tank 2 days later they brought me into the office to give them the check and to sign all the papers. I didn't think about going out to check the car to see if they check the tires, the air conditioner, the windows, the seats or anything else unfortunately but I've learned my lesson. So in essence they didn't check the tire pressure cuz the tires are still low and I asked what was the blinking light they said Oh that's the tire sensor I said what is it saying He said that means that the tire pressure is being monitored I said so it's low and he said well. No. So I mentioned to him that I didn't want to purchase a car and drive it off the lot with no gasoline The gas tank was on the very last bar before it kills. I asked him about it he said he never talked about adding gas to the tank I said yes you surely did! He said Well you know I gave you a good discount I said yes you did You were very compassionate but you said you'd put gasoline and I've never heard of buying a car and driving it off the lot on empty This is not good for the reputation of this lot. 1. Check the air conditioner 2. Check the tire pressure 3. Check the windows , for if they have been cleaned or not 4. Check the gas level 5. Check the seats in the front and the back Make sure that they have shampooed all of the secretions, dirt, coffee, Coke, anything and everything that a human can stain the seats with. If anything is not to your satisfaction walk inside the office and talk to them about it but do not sign your name on anything and never hand over a check until they have kept their part of the deal. PS I had imagined that I was going to give fabulous reviews on the different websites; I never would have dreamed that this is what I'd be saying after buying the car. I had to go to Walmart and buy spray and scrub the seats myself I scrubbed the passenger front seat three times and wiped it three times I sprayed and scrubbed the driver's seat one time I'll probably have to do it about 5 more times. I sprayed the back seats and the one with the urine circle I've already done three times I'll probably have to do it about 3 more I purchased a hanging vanilla scented cardboard tree that you put on your mirror and I purchased these little plastic vanilla scented grips on the vents of the air conditioner vanilla scented. I sprayed the entire car and floorboards with febreze and then I intend to wipe down every hard surface, with disinfectant spray and paper towels or baby wipes. The car jiggles when you go close to 50 mph. Please memorize these things that I have told you so that you won't experience the horror that I did yesterday. 5-21-26
