Auto Trust Centre is located at the north west corner of Eglinton Ave E and Maingate Dr. I admit I have been not pulling my weight in the review department for months. The pandemic for me has me really neglecting my reviewing in a sense that so many things that had me excited about writing have been put on hold. Life happens. Besides not being able to go out as much, travel as much (or at all) there are still those things that we depend on and dare I even say take for granted. One of those things can be your vehicle. I mean for me being able to mostly work from home for the past 2 years really changed my driving frequency. There would be weeks at times where I'd hardly drive if at all. Things don't change though when it comes to your car. When you need it, you need it and it for me is an uneasy feeling not having it when you need it or expect it to be working for you. Just like anything else mechanical it can fail and sometimes the solutions are not as telling. Without getting into too many details last Friday (Good Friday) my car wouldn't start. Based on the issues it wasn't the battery I knew that as I just changed it a few months back. Nothing was open, there was no place to take it to or to call. Luckily the car was at home in the driveway so I could just wait until Monday when the place I wanted to call (Auto Trust Centre) was open again. My long time childhood friend Ryan F (his review is also here) recommended Auto Trust to me years ago. I sort of already had a regular mechanic but for my mom and my brother I recommended Auto Trust to them and they lived nearby as well at the time. It made sense and I'd ask my brother and my mother how it went and their issues and the service they'd get from Auto Trust made sense. For me trades like auto repair it really helps if they can be trusted. Long ago I lost faith in one of the places I took my car to and I never returned there. In my mind they tried to rip me off hoping I'd listen to their recommendation but it didn't make sense. This is NOT the impression I got being a recent first time customer of Auto Trust. I spoke to Igor on the phone Monday morning explaining my issue and he said sure bring it to their shop. I called for a tow and had it there. This was a Monday. They connected it to the diagnostic computer that day but it didn't return anything. Part of my issue is my car would start but pretty much immediately shut down. They tested and eventually came up with the best guess being the mass air sensor and they were correct. Considering the computer diagnostic can't really catch this as the car won't stay running they found the issue, corrected it after discovering the fault and in the end it was an inexpensive part (thankfully). Considering my brother and mother have been coming to this business for years I wanted to try them too. They did not disappoint in fact they really impressed me with their honestly where sadly others may have taken advantage, I feel Auto Trust was straight up and that is the kind of treatment you give to customers when you want them to return. The next time I have a mechanical issue or just for general regular service I'm going to make Auto Trust my new go to place. There is definitely something to be said about trustworthiness, professionalism and honesty. Thank you Auto Trust! read more

I have never been to a better shop than this in my life. They are honest, their shop and waiting area is clean, the wait time is incredible.....I can't say enough about how amazing this place is, but don't tell anyone - I want this all to myself LOL read more

Finding somewhere to fix your car is easy, but finding an honest mechanic is a task. Auto Trust in Mississauga has been my mechanic for the last 8 yrs. Owned and operated by two brothers (Mark and Andrew), they grew from a little 1 bay garage in an industrial plaza to a large shop in the time that I have been going there. All the vehicles that I have owned have been going there for maintenance and repair. They will take the time to show you all the parts that need replacing and will show you all the parts that have been taken out of your car when they are done. Their shop has a big window in the waiting room so that you can view the work that they do and if you have any questions about the repair, they will take you in to your car and show you the issues if you ask. An honest mechanic is something of a rarity and it shows because of the repeat business that they have. If you looking for quality car repairs and honest service..go with Auto Trust read more
