They were fast and friendly, a bit on the pricy side but they were open after hours. Cost to register my car was 170 dollars so they have to make some money and I get that. What you are paying for is the convenience. I could not have done this between the hours of 8-5pm so this was my best option. Location is clean, staff was nice location a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot, but overall I give this place an 8.2 out of 10. I paid $260 to register a $1000 vehicle (Sales tax is $62.50 for the vehicle). $10 fee to use a card and $40 "convenience fee" save your money and go to the DMV. Customer service was poor and they never mentioned the fees until I asked why they were charging me so much. They don't honor military discounts or military plates. went to this office to transfer a title for one of my customers about 2 months ago. the title was rejected. i have been trying to get in contact with this office for 3 weeks now, to address the issue with the title. i have sent multiple emails and texts messages, but have yet to get a response. i've also called several times, hoping to get assistance and they just keep telling me to call back in an hour because they are busy. i would not recommend this office. i own a dealership, and my customer paid this office already to have their title transferred, and yet they still do not have it. this is bad business and unacceptable! read more

One of their staff members informed the reason they lock the doors before closing is because the main office shuts them down. Service is TERRIBLE! There is no order in on when you go in, you basically sit down on top of each other and decide among each other who goes first. There is no sanitation going on once a person leaves, no 6 feet distance from each other, also there is no air condition, I REPEAT no air condition! In this hot Texas heat it felt like a sauna in there. When I finally waited what seemed to be a lifetime, Liza Reyna assisted me, I had left my ID in my car, I ran to get it since I was parked right in front, took maybe 3 secs, and boom! She had someone else sitting in my chair with all my documents in front of them! While she was going back and forth asking us both questions! Having us stand right next to each other I could almost taste him! She was also super rude and had no empathy. I've been going here for years but WOW.
