The loan process was simple, the people were helpful and the rates were about average. The whole process was pretty good and I would have rated it 4-5 stars. The 4 would have been because they frequently called to try to get me to take out more loans. It's a business, they're salespeople, I understand. About a year ago I paid off my loan. Since then they've called me frequently to get me to take out a new loan. Each time I ask them to stop calling me. This week they've called me twice. I'm tired of being harassed by them. This practice alone would cause me to never do business with them again.

They make you schedule a phone call with them to determine the REAL "available offers"... except they'll probably just call you before then anyway. Last time I applied for a loan, the guy was at least nice about it. I wish I could say the same this time. When I got on the phone, the woman I spoke to not only didn't treat me with courtesy, but kept interrupting me. I told her I wouldn't be able to come into the building because I had work later that day, so we had to get off the phone for her to "quickly" verify some documents (which took more than two and a half hours), and by the time she called back, I was at work and couldn't respond. For my trouble, when we got back on the phone the next business day, she made a passive-aggressive comment about how she had "no luck" with a callback and then implied it was my fault that there was a discrepancy between the information she wrote down and the documents I sent in. The reason for the discrepancy was that she interrupted me in the middle of explaining by asking for different information, which I truthfully gave. Somehow her interrupting me is my fault, I guess? Once she told me I wasn't approved for the loan, the phone went dead silent. She was still there, I'm pretty sure, just giving abysmal customer service from start to finish. I will recommend people avoid this company. What a waste of my time.
