What you are paying for is the convenience. I could not have done this between the hours of 8-5pm so this was my best option. Location is clean, staff was nice location a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot, but overall I give this place an 8.2 out of 10. They get the job done and that is all that matters.

When I got the vehicle back, multiple items had been stolen from my truck and it doesn't not run now. I drove the truck the night before it was picked up and it ran perfectly. The morons that run this store want to deny any responsibility and want to pass the buck onto the vendors that they hired to tow and store my vehicles. The stolen items yes I can see being the responsibility of the storage facility but the fact tm requires them, per their contract, to cut keys is their responsibility and is what caused my trucks computer to crash. Now tm will not take ownership of situation and they just keep blowing me off. If they are the ones that require storage yard to cut keys, then they are the responsible party for any damages that result. Corporate office is just as unhelpful as the store. I asked Stephen to provide me his bosses name and contact info and he refused. He also lied to corporate with me on the phone saying he did not advise me to call corporate to file a claim when he in fact did. I would NEVER in a million years recommend anyone use this location or tm in general.

When my next payment came around it was the same payment of $194.59 so thought I had clicked on regular payments. I continued to make my payments on time for 12 payments before I check to see what my balance was. When I checked my balance it said it had only gone down $500, when I had already paid in over $2,500 in payments. When I went into the store to talk to customer service the lady told me I had signed up for 52 payments of $194.59. which meant I was being charged over $6,000 in interest. This is a warning to make sure you read the fine print carefully before you sign.

But it's a cash only business which seems a little odd, but also I live 11 miles away and to have to withdraw cash & come here in person. It's a bit of hassle but simply because they do not offer a pay by card option or pay over the phone option. I get that it's a small business but everyone is using card now. And today of all days I go by to make my payment because there's literally no answer on the phone and there's a note on the door, like a hand written note, that states the power is out so they won't be open! Truly the most frustrating thing is that I'm pretty sure they have our numbers in a filing cabinet somewhere and couldn't even call to let us know. I'm willing to change my rating to a 5 star if anything changes!
