Refinanced loan online could not read the fine print because it was too small. Thought it said…read moreregular payments of $194.59 every 2 weeks or 52 payments. When my next payment came around it was the same payment of $194.59 so thought I had clicked on regular payments. I continued to make my payments on time for 12 payments before I check to see what my balance was. When I checked my balance it said it had only gone down $500, when I had already paid in over $2,500 in payments. When I went into the store to talk to customer service the lady told me I had signed up for 52 payments of $194.59. which meant I was being charged over $6,000 in interest. This is a warning to make sure you read the fine print carefully before you sign.

This store is absolutely the worst. I only have 4 payments left on my account and never made a late…read morepayment because they always called. Then one day they stopped calling and now I'm being charged astronomical fees. I'm beyond pissed and annoyed because no one left a voicemail like they did the other 7 times I paid, and it seems like because I'm at the end of my loan they want to start doing shady business. I will never in my life do business with this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone except to the pits of hell.

He understand or tries to understand the client and I give that a five star always; but, like all locations, there are always some bad apples. In this case being a customer for roughly 8 months, rep Erica did not attempt to ease the client needs. Part of any customer service role is being empathetic and sympathetic with the client and their needs. Erica lacks the essential basics of customer service and more her message she showed by laugh at my concern. three stars Is not truly what would represent this location but based on the initial experience at the Grissome location tip over today. I was trying to pay off my loan which was $417. Their daily pym limits are $200 and they charge a $2.25 convenience fee. They wanted to charge me $2.25 3x since I had to break down my payment by 3 pyms because of their limits. Also the manager, Linda is so unprofessional and rude!!!! She is very unpleasant and refuses to work with her customers. She wants to argue with the customer and get in the last word. I don't know how she's been employed with Broadway Finance for 34 years. I tried to give them a 2nd chance and of course, they let me down yet again. Here I am trying to pay off my loan and they made the process so difficult. And to top it off my pay off was good until the 20th but they're not open on Saturdays. They wanted me to call on Monday and pay off my balance which was going to include an additional $25 in interest. You've got to be kidding me. No thanks!!! I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
