Then I tried calling them today since 8am EST, nobody picked the call (their service says 24/7 availability) then I called just now at around 10am and a lady picked up, I mentioned her about price quote and she immediately said nobody is there to help me get one, then I asked her official email address so I can send in the details of the job, to my surprise she hanged up on me! I tried calling for the second time and it didnt go through. I have to leave 1 star review her due to the unprofessional behaviour of the lady who picked up the call when I talked to her first time.

But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). We were both tired and frustrated and yet he still went above and beyond and did what was best for me and my car.
