They met this goal and so happy I went with Wrap clinic! One day turn around!! Good quality, 10 year warranty, usually on adhesive, discoloration and not actual damage from everyday use. I didn't see any bubbles anywhere so that is good. What's interesting is that Wrap Clinic does not have any signs outside or in front of their garage. Initially I couldn't find their business. I had to ask inside the gates to find the business. Getting your car into the garage is scary, there's barely any space in the drive way. Really loved doing business here. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. Recently, I needed to replace the evaporator core and expansion valve for my A/C, and the dealership quoted me almost twice what JAC did. Since it was such an expensive repair, I decided to give JAC a try, and I'm so glad I did. The first thing that impressed me was the size of the shop. They have multiple service bays, not just in the main area but in another section as well. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Whenever I called with a question, Kevin didn't have someone else relay the information--he got on the phone himself and kept me updated every step of the way. When the replacement part they received turned out to be defective, they handled it quickly and made it right without any hassle. Another thing I really appreciated was the complimentary rides to and from my home while my car was being repaired. Maria and Mario were both incredibly kind. Maria mentioned she had recently joined JAC after working as a parts driver for another company, and she had nothing but positive things to say about the people there, which spoke volumes to me. Then, over the weekend, while driving to Orange County and finally enjoying my cold A/C, I started hearing a strange wind noise coming from my convertible top. I thought maybe a seal had come loose, but when I got home and looked under the car, I discovered my engine splash shield had torn loose and was scraping the road. Both were separate issues, and both were properly addressed. 1/1 for clear, honest explanations: I had replaced my brakes myself and asked whether that could have caused the loose caliper pin. They did not simply blame my work. They explained that improper installation was possible, but because the problem showed up more than a month later, it could also have been a random occurrence. They explain car problems in a way I can understand. 1/1 for responsiveness and speed: The loose caliper pin was an immediate concern. Their shop was already full, but they still made time to see my car instead of turning me away. They completed the repair in one day while they had a full shop. 1/1 for transparency: They give an estimate before beginning work and call before taking on additional repairs, so I know what I am approving before the bill arrives. 1/1 for accountability and value: Their prices are a little higher than I would ideally like, but the service and speed make it worth it. As a AAA member, I also received the available AAA discount. I have had to return once for a repair, and they honoured the warranty without making the process difficult. I have been taking my car here for about a year, and Japanese Auto Center has given me the best mechanic-shop service I have experienced.
