His name is James; he was honest and explained everything that was going on. I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot with 130,000 miles. He marked up by 100 to 200 % on every part. After trying to charge me $1000 extra. My original quote was $2850, when I went to pick it up the cost rose to $3950. He lied to me and told me that I needed a water pump which was actually included in the original repair quote. Anyway I could go on slating this garage but I don't want to bore you good people reading this. I will not be going back and I surely do not recommend anybody bring their car here. Oh one last thing. After I paid the repair cost I left the garage and guess what ! The engine light came on. I went straight back and they cleared some codes. Left a second time only for the codes to return with the same issues. I actually looked up the codes myself and showed them what was wrong from a YouTube video. They had reassembled the engine incorrectly and my YouTube video helped them correct the problem on my 3rd visit back. GO FIGURE how these guys have happy customers is just beyond me.

I dropped my wife off to get 'her' car after the work was done and within seconds of driving it away from the station the car started bucking like crazy. She went back and the mechanic refused to test drive it. The owner was called in and said it wasn't their fault! He got nasty, saying I needed a shrink!? The car was no longer drivable. Suddenly I needed a new or rebuilt transmission. I had to get rid of it. I've never left a bad review for any business, but after denying culpability and losing thousands of dollars for a temporary rental and needing to go get another car, well, there it is. I plan on taking them to small claims court. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS.

Upon seeing me pull up someone approached and responded that they could perform a state inspection and I could wait there while it was being done. Really courteous... I live down the street so I walked up. The guy at the front desk moved beyond slow and couldn't even recommend anyone locally for a tow truck. He didn't even know what a tow truck was and he seemed lost. I know, Night Shift guys pumping gas may not know who to recommend. I got a tow after hitting google and had the car dropped off. Spoke to the owner the following day at 7. Explain the situation with my car with the ABS lights. He told me he'll look at it at some point during the day. That I just gotta give him time cause he's jammed up and to call in the afternoon to see if they had a chance to check it out. I called at 1 o'clock and a lady answer the phone told me they were just about to put the car into the bay to work on and call back in about an hour. I call back in an hour. The owner picks up and start screaming at me like a lunatic. I've never been spoken to such a way in all my years working customer service and dealing with the public; he was screaming at me so much my boss could hear him over the phone and we were looking at each other horrified. Like I told him I understand you jammed up I was just told by the young lady you were bringing into the bay in an hour ago and call and see if you figure out what the issue was. I can't get off the phone. He would not let me get off the phone screaming at me for over a five minutes and how they still did it look at the issue on the car yet. I called him back later in the day as I'm about to leave work at 4 and I told him I just need to know if you have an idea what the issue is and if I have to make arrangements for the following day for a ride; and again screaming at me like a wild lunatic to only call me a half an hour later and they fixed the car quoted me 300 when I got there it went up to 500 and change. And again he kept yelling at me that I wasn't giving them time and how dare I call. I refuse to do business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone there is no reason to speak to a human being that way to carry on like a psychopath and as it is, I gotta take the car now to another mechanic this morning cause the brakes aren't working after what they did. Very poor customer service attitude, and I am incredibly angry and disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to and that the amount of money I spent I gotta still take my car to another Mechanic. If I could get this place a negative star I absolutely would. I would never do business with him again. I won't even get gas with them again. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service.

He said yes but they close at 3pm and you should go now. I pull around and jump out. After telling the mechanic inside what I needed, he jumps in my car and gets started. 15 minutes top and I'm done. I ask about what oil he used. Your car needs synthetic, which is true. Then he comes outside and pops my hood to show me where it say my oil type just so I would know. 0/30W (or 5/30W after1000k) he replies. Gas + oil change + answer questions = jackpot,
