-10 stars and should be shut down immediately!!!!!
brought truck in because is was not running. the owner looked over the truck and said it would be $3600.00 as it needed a fuel pump system and later an injector. had it for over three weeks. called us "ready for pick up" on july 18, 2020. he had it for 3 weeks so now the bill is $4200.00 mother freakn dollars - we drive to pick it up and find out he never even test drove it and then said well the dpf particle fuel filter that burns all of the soot, for environmental reasons, on the diesel truck was clogged up. "
he knew for a fact it was clogged up" - (((at this point i knew nothing about the dpf part. filter))))) - we went to test drive the truck and go out to the truck and it will not start!!! go back inside and get the owner. he cranked cranked and cranked to the point that we thought he was going to burn the damn starter up. it finally does turn over and sounded terrible and then you could hear hissing from a boot that was not attached, old , gap ect., the injector that you test for pressure was actually spewing diesel fuel out of the stem, the owner says oh yea that stem is bad - no cap, and now we look under the truck and its pouring out oil!!!! the truck never had a oil leak in its life!!!!! bolts missing, the lid to the air filter is missing and a pack of cigarettes had fallen in the engine which i handed to the owner. the owner then said "we did not tell him that we wanted to actually be able to drive the truck!!!!!! i sh#t you not!!!!!!, he did what he was told and that we told him all we wanted him to do is get the truck to just be able to start, we did not actually tell him that we wanted to be able to drive the mfu'#@$r for $4200.00!!!!!! he was going to let us test drive the truck- and if it would have started, the spewing diesel fuel would have caught on fire and the new damage they did that has now caused the oil to pour out of it would have seized the engine and we may have died!!!!!!!! then i discover there is less than a quarter tank of gas in it -(all the sediment that clogs the lines up which he charged $4200.00 to replace). after doing research the number 1 reason cause for a diesel truck engine would just cut off while driving is that the dpf particle filter is clogged up!!!!! if this is clogged badly you cannot test anything on the truck. this would have been the first thing that would have to be fixed and addressed - especially since the owner stated on video "i know for a fact that the dpf is clogged and thats is why i did not want to drive it!!!!!! instead he claims he did 4200.00 worth of work on the fuel system that requires that dpf particle filter be in working order or the diesel truck will not run no matter what you did!!!!!! he said he had to put two parts on and i said show me that you actually installed it......oh you can't see it looking down on the engine because its under the metal cap.....ok so i crawled under the truck in my dress clothes as i was on my way to work with a flash light and there was """nothing new and shiny"""" not even a glimpse of a new part!!!!!!! he showed me the two invoices for the parts one was both approx around 1400.00 .....yet on the invoice he shows only one part at a cost of $1800.00+ dollars- i went back to the shop late at night to drop off *5 gallons of diesel so when he starts it up to test he will not be damaging the truck more- *plus some dpf additive (3 bottles) to at least maybe help dissolve the build up - a letter letting him know not to start the truck again or he was going to damage to the point it can not be repaired - when i got there he had started the truck and moved it into the stall and you could see where all the oil had leaked out of the truck and i took video to prove all of this. i also went to the auto zone and bought a quart of diesel oil because when i saw the oil leak it was black and gunky---- i pointed out that the oil had not actually been changed and on video recording he said """""""""diesel oil is black and gunky'''''''''''''''' i left the quart of diesel oil to show him what diesel oil is suppose to look like!!!!!!!!!!!! what world am i living in that a mechanic can be this crooked, incompetent, and charge $4200.00 and tell us .....you did not say you wanted to be able to drive it!!!!! yes i have him live saying this. if you want more details - video proof please email me at:
