Auto Rescue Solutions accepted the call to provide roadside assistance on 2/13/2025. They accepted the call knowing that they did not have ANYONE to provide service. I waited over an hour, in the early morning hours for a tire change. When the time passed for them to show up, I gave them a call only to have them tell me that they canceled the service. Now, I have to wait another hour or so for my insurance company to dispatch another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are the absolute WORST!!! read more

The website claims assistance in less than one hour. After an hour I called and got a status update and was told 35 more minutes. It would be advisable to set reasonable expectations, which was not done. Also don't accept jobs if not able to meet the expectations you do provide. There are other providers and I would have liked to select based on who is available and ETA that is provided. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My out of pocket cost after dealing with this company is already over $500. Nigel who came to change my flat tire kept my wheel lock key, refused to give it back, and so far a replacement wheel lock set costs $132.50 and labor to cut all the locks off will be $375 with the added potential of damage to my 20" rims because they are new locks that GM used and harder to break off. Dealerships don't have master keys for Farad USA locks. If your insurance company dispatches them, request a new provider immediately! They really don't care, they get paid whether they mess up your vehicle, cause you inconveniences, or not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

On Wednesday July 13, 2022, I locked myself out of my car. I called GEICO insurance and they assigned Jamaal from Auto Rescue Solutions to help me. After not hearing from the technician, seeing a text message about rating the service, and seeing a text about giving a tip and a text that stated that the service was complete I was confused and called GEICO. I spoke to a representative and explained to her that I haven't spoken to the technician in person and the service was not complete. The representative created another service request for me. The same technician, Jamaal was assigned. I finally received a text stating to call him and I did. Jamaal said that he opened my car an hour ago after the initial request and ETA was created. He claims he tried calling me but didn't text. He said he opened my vehicle and left my keys in the driver's seat without me being present. I asked him why he would do that without verifying my identity to which he replied, "I don't have to" which is not protocol according to your customer representative Kelly (I called her after learning my vehicle was left opened and unattended by Jamaal) and Geico's customer representative. My car could have been stolen and I don't know what type a person Jamaal is but in these days evil-minded people with ill intentions can put trackers on cars and could plant anything in the vehicle. Jamaal was not remorseful and claims that he called and didn't get an answer. Well if that was the case, you should not enter the vehicle without the owner present and cancel the request. I am just baffled about the lack of accountability on Jamaal's part. He didn't exhaust all options of communication until I had the second request put in by the GEICO representative to send someone out. I would not want him sent out again to assist me in the future or may not deal with this company at all. It's important that Jamaal and all employees be retrained on the matter. A technician should never enter a vehicle without the owner present and they should put the keys in the owner's hand just to be safe. Told 1 hour. 50 minutes later get a text saying they can't come - cancelled. Called GEICO again. Next ARS text promised 2 hours! Called GEOCI again, demanding better service. Next ARS promised 35 minutes. 25 minutes later got text saying another hour! Fortunately that text was wrong as just then I got a call from the 2nd ARS guy announcing that was arriving. The roadside assistance guy came to change a flat tire and broke 5 of the bolts that go into the tire. I called on April 24 to file a claim and they still have not called or responded to me. The guy was so carefree about it. He was like oh just call the company. When I call they tell me damage claims only works through email and what a week. Every week it's the same thing. If it were possible to select less than a 1 star review I would! I joined Good Sam's roadside Travel club 5 months ago after 30 years with AAA. Yesterday, Friday 10/22/21, I used my new Good Sam's travel service for the first time. I made my call at 1:15 p.m. to report a flat left front tire. I told the dispatcher TWICE that I had a spare but wasn't sure if it had any air in it. She assured me that whoever came to change out the tires could also air it up if needed. Apparently Good Sam's contracted my case with AUTO RESCUE SOLUTIONS OF OKLAHOMA. My location was in a shopping mall in the heart of Moore, Oklahoma. It was not on a rural road, or out in the boondocks somewhere. I was smack dab in town, easy to find. I say all this because at 1:25 she told me that someone would be there to rescue me anywhere from 1-2 hrs at the latest. I felt like 2 hrs was a huge window to begin with but took it in stride. So my "rescuer" from Auto Rescue Solutions arrived some 3 hrs and 15 minutes later. Not in a company vehicle, but in his personal old dirty and beat-up truck. He had no identification on him, no badge, and guess what, NO AIR COMPRESSOR! What kind of business would dispatch a service man out to change out a flat and air up the spare WITHOUT a working compressor?? So I had not waited over 3 hrs and here he is, and he isn't even prepared to fix and finish this job. He got the spare down and realized it was half flat. Of course it was, I had warned the dispatcher of that possibility. So there I am with some kid who can, at best, only do a half-** job since he doesn't even have all the equipment needed for the call. I was mortified. In over 38 yrs of driving, I have had multiple situations where I needed a flat changed or towed into a service center but never have I ever waited over 3 hrs just to have someone show up who couldn't even properly change a tire and put air into a spare...especially when I told the Good Sam's dispatcher that very vital piece of information twice!! So now it was 4:45 p.m. and I have a semi-flat spare on my truck and have to find a service department or gas station with an air pump. I don't live in that town, I live 30 minutes away from there, so I had no idea where to even go. I had to drive my truck around basically on the rim to find air. Needless to say, I ended up doing half this man's job myself and get my own air in the tire. I am very unhappy with the ineptitude of this company which claims to "rescue" stranded motorists. I got no receipt, and there was nothing on the guy's truck, no badge, nothing, I was given the name Brandon by Good Sams, but not sure that is who actually finally showed up... I was surprised to see negative reviews, because I came here to write a very positive review. I had some car trouble this morning and this company was dispatched through my insurance to come help me out. Due to the nature of the problem I wound up needing a tow, but the service I got was EXCELLENT. Jamaal Hall went above and beyond what was necessary to try to help me, and when it was clear I needed something different he made that call in order to protect my car. He was calm, collected, and reassuring with a line of cars honking behind us. I don't know about the company, but someone give that man a raise. read more

This is a shady company. I put in an online application to work for them. They had me upload my s.s. number, photo drv lic, photos of all 4 sides of my car plus plate number, a copy of auto insurance, and my current address. All of that, then they call to tell me I live 20 minutes of their service area, and cannot work for them. read more

Terrible. They charged our corporate card for a tire change on a company van, said they would arrive in an hour and would let us know if that changed. They did not arrive, did not call, and when we called to follow up, they just said they had cancelled. Our employee had to Uber home. When I followed up the next day they claimed they had never charged our card and kept telling me to call our insurance (who referred us to them in the first place). Would not recommend. read more

Got a flat tire and my insurance company contacted this company. Made me wait and then called me to ask me where I was at. I guess I was too far for them, so after hearing them whisper to each other, the lady finally says they couldn't come out because I was on the freeway's service road. I told her I could probably make it to the exit (which was at eye's sight), but she said no need and fed me some bull about not wanting it to affect my rim and whatnot. I insisted that I could make it as long as I could get serviced. She said that she would call the insurance company back and they would get a different provider. Unfortunately, the insurance company scheduled another provider....but it was these clowns again. This time they assured them that they would come, made me wait another 45 mins and then canceled again. I truly believe that they didn't come because it was too far. Don't waste your time with them. Worst customer service. I got my flat tire around 10PM and here I am at 2AM still waiting. A lot of that time was this company giving me the run around. read more

Id like to start by saying in general I have never written a review about a company until now. I actually took the time out to create an account just for this company. For starters my husband and I unfortunately experienced a flat tire on the highway, after pulling over to the safest spot to the right of the highway near the exit we contacted our insurance who immediately put in a request for roadside assistance. We unfortunately had to deal with this company AUTO RESCUE who took an hour and a half longer than they should have. Not only did the driver never keep in contact to communicate why he was running so late or what his ETA was but he also NEVER SHOWED. The first conversation he said he would be able to do the job which was literally just change the tire on the passenger side or give my husband the tools to do it. He said he was only 15 minutes away. The second call we made to him he changed his story to say that he could not perform the tire change in the location we were at because he could risk getting FINED which we later confirmed with our insurance that was false. The final conversation before our insurance canceled there service he told us he would not be able to do the job at all because it is in a restricted area when he was then only 3 min away! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They do not deserve to be in business , it is actually an embarrassment when other company's use there services such as our insurance company just to have very poor communication, lies and service techs that clearly do not want to work. Terrible customer service. We got locked out of our car (while the car was running) and ARS said they would send someone within 45min. Over an hour and a half later, no one. They would not answer the phone, I waited on hold for more than 10 minutes before contacting my insurance company to try to get ahold of them. Do not waste your time with this company. They still charged us $75 and told us the delay was due to not being able to find a driver who accepts cash. This company does not care about their customers. read more

ZERO STARS. I submitted roadside assistance through Statefarm. Auto Rescue Solutions was dispatched to jump start my vehicle. I was sold a battery on 7/5/2020. It is currently under warranty. Nearly 2 year old battery. all I want is a new one very simple. I have called numerous amounts of times starting on Saturday 6/4/2022. Spoke with one supervisor and advised that specific department is closed. Now Monday 6/6/2022, after several attempts first supervisor in the morning stated his Manager will contact me. Of course no call back so hours later once again speaking with another supervisor stating the Battery Department needs to handle this. Are you kidding me?! No customer service whatsoever. Have only been given the runaround over and over. I am currently still on hold over an hour now. Have been forgotten purposely so I can hang up. I will be submitting several reviews throughout the internet. I will also report your company to Statefarm and Agero. Do yourself a favor stay away from this horrible company. Ran out of gas several miles from nearest help or station. What a POS company. Called for roadside assistance from Liberty Mutual and was given Auto Rescue if Colorado. Pinged my location as part of the request and was given an unreasonable window of 90+ minutes for response. Received a call after an hour and a half that they had only dispatched the tech and were requesting additional location information. Gave the major cross streets and other info of the under construction site parking lot we were in. The slime ball tech Doug Eaton stated he was being yelled at and wouldn't respond. He is an arrogant, ignorant, and lazy person who is paid to click response to a call then no show it stating he's cancelling so he'll still get paid. He left myself and two small children stranded to walk miles to obtain gas for the car. I would never do business with these people and have cancelled my policy. Doug Eaton and Auto Rescue of Colorado are a scam and should be banned from doing business. ZERO STARS. read more
