We switched to texting, and within 30 minutes, he confirmed my tire size and arranged to meet me at the Melbourne Porsche dealership (where a trucking company had dropped me off). Less than an hour later, he arrived and had me back on the road in just 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional. My only regret is not having my original tire repaired--it was newer and in better shape, but that's on me! The $250 fee felt totally fair given the urgency and convenience. The next day, I reached out to see if I could get my old tire back. He was incredibly helpful and even sourced the same tire within three days. I ended up finding one locally for a bit less, but I truly appreciated the effort. If I ever have another roadside emergency, I know exactly who to call. I described to the technicians what I was experiencing and they seemed to know right away what the issue was from my description. I made an appointment the following week dropped the RV at 8 AM and by 3:30. They had diagnosed the issue with the AC and had completed the fix and had totally gone over the air conditioning system which needed a recharge. They did an oil change and recharged the AC system, checked all the fluids belts hoses and checked the tire pressures. The bill was very reasonable and the AC is working great and my RV is ready for a trip. All the gentlemen that I speak with are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. That one was also stripped and I've been dealing with this for almost 2 years. They did an alignment and did a poor job. After taking a trip across country, my front tires were destroyed. One of my custom wheels were damaged by the tech hitting a curb when exiting the shop, and the owner has made no attempts to fix these issues, even after me making multiple attempts to have them resolved.
