Over 30 days they said 1,2 week my truck would be fix after 30 days no diagnostic provided to LKQ for engine warranty over the phone 2 weeks ago Jose said my engine was broke but no proof I drove my truck there because white smoke coming out the tail pipe,the past two weeks they do not answer my calls I call sometimes 1 to 2,3 times a day, very unprofessional and losing money I need to rent a car from a friend,my truck is not in the repair phase only diagnostic phase in 30 days! I found this shop on Google I seen a 4 star rating and tons! Of women giving good feedback unfortunately I can not say the same at this moment it is looking really horrible and unprofessional and especially with laws in California protecting consumers against small businesses taking advantage of customers! read more

I've been to many mechanics most up sell or over charge. Jose doesn't do either. He will give you the best possible price. If you don't like it, shop around and he will beat almost all legit quotes. I am 90% sure you won't find a better price here in town. I bring my 350z n Tahoe when needed. Jose and David are solid stand up people with integrity, which has not been common for most auto shops in my experience. I went to Nissan in Modesto thinking who better than the dealership. Wrong, service was horrible and they broke my drivers side door handle and got over $5k. The knucklehead kid gives me my keys I try to open my door with no luck. I asked the tech what happened and his comments where "it was like that, I was told". Needless to say the broke the rods and the manager say don't worry will pay for it. No apology for the hassle, they do my head gaskets and I drive it to Lodi, I get there cars smoking like it's about to blow up. I call Nissan and they do pick up the car via tow truck, here's we're the idiot manager shined. He actually had the nerve to tell me "at least they paid for the tow" really. I wanted to punch him, stayed cool but let him know this is not how you treat customers especially when you made numerous mistakes when repairing other issues. Incompetence at its finest. Never again. Jose quotes and work were half what Nissan charged and car runs like it's new. I will use these guys only and recommend them highly to my family and friends! read more

Took my car in for changing all four of my brakes. Front made noises came back 2nd time thought problem was taken care off. I was wrong and when I reversed my car made squeaking sound. Didn't even bother to take it in again. Should of been right the first time. Waste of 250 bucks went to another facility they told me my rotors needed to be change. Lesson learn never trust good reviews. read more

Omar and Jose are extremely nice. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed while they gave my car maintenance. I just was getting a oil and filter change and brake lights replacement but they also did my tire rotation and pressure checked and replaced all my fluids, checked my belts, brakes and the replaced my cabin and air filters. Omar had a hard time finding an air filter for my car, since its a new model, but he drove and called around to six different places until he found it for me. I usually do all my own maintenance, on my car but the price they gave me couldn't be turned down just in the convenience alone. They were so nice and honest. My grandson went here to get a tire on July 14th..today as he was driving on the freeway the tire blew!!!! He put spare on and drove back to this store and they denied the tire was defective..told him it was from a delivery of tires they got that they couldn't return?? or some BS story..offered to fix and he could come back Monday to talk with owner!!! Honest estimates, low part markup, skilled mechanics. Can't ask for much more. I had a lower radiator hose blow up 100 feet from their driveway, otherwise I would have never discovered this place. Have been back a few times and left happy. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is lack of an air conditioned waiting area. read more

Updating my last review all the parts I had a concern with was replaced, the knocking noise I wanted fixed was not fixed by the parts they suggested putting on (inner tie rods) oil and transmission leaks were fixed becoues I have a lifetime warranty on the radiator thank god it pays to by better parts my fuel consumption is very high from Lodi to Watsonville takes almost 3/4 tank witch is not normal the spark plugs and ticking noise was not added onto the quote so it did not get fixed or replaced I spent $30 dollars to get a bolt put in that was making the knocking when I would break the driver side ball bearing has play and I am taking my blazer to them tomorrow 10/8/15 i would have rather spent money fixing the engine rather the front inner tie rods or spent a little more money and had all the tie rods and sleeves replaced but they hade there opinion and felt the necessary fixes and replacements would work that did but I'm still having issues and it's costing me money I'm going to keep going back to them just because now know they reach out to non satisfied customers to talk with or handle any disputes showed me they care witch makes me want to stick with them I'll review every experience i have every time now I'm hoping Friday the hit it out the ball park read more
