Auto shop takes so long, good customer service, just recommend to arrive an hour before they close so they won't have you waiting all day.

My car is running like brand new again. I'm very satisfied with their work. I originally thought…read moreit was my spark plugs and they were honest and said they were fine. It turned out to be my motor mounts that needed to be replaced. They were done within 3 hours and perfect.

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I brought my 2013 Dodge Durango in for a radiator…read morereplacement. The radiator work itself appears fine, but when I got my vehicle back, the hood was clearly not put back together or adjusted correctly. Right away, I noticed the hood was extremely difficult to open. I pulled the latch, the hood unlocked, but it was very hard to lift. After trying to relatch it, I noticed one corner of the hood was sitting too low. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to get it open, but now the hood will not close properly at all. Even when pushed down fully, it will not latch correctly and keeps popping back up. This was not an issue before the radiator replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is how they handled it afterward. I reached out to explain the problem in detail, sent photos, and asked what the next steps would be to correct it. My messages were read, but I was completely ignored. No response, no acknowledgment, and no effort to take responsibility for an issue that started immediately after their repair. A shop should stand behind its work and at the very least respond when a customer brings back a serious concern involving hood alignment and latch safety. A hood that does not open and close properly is not a minor cosmetic issue. It is a safety issue. I would strongly caution future customers to thoroughly inspect their vehicle before leaving, especially if work is done around the radiator support, hood latch area, or front end components. Based on my experience, the lack of communication and refusal to address the problem is just as concerning as the repair issue itself

My car was making terrible screeching noises, so I first brought my car to the shop next door to…read moreMidas. That shop told me that by the time they diagnose which belt was making the noise, it would cost significantly more money. They asked me to choose which belt to repair, and so I opted for all three to make sure the goal was accomplished. They charged $450 to replace them all, but sure enough, two weeks later, screeching started up again, and with a vengeance. I decided this time to try Midas since that other shop failed me. I was serviced by Mike, and he actually treated me like a human being! They took the time to diagnose the issue - it wasn't any of the belts, it was the pulley. Then, they replaced my key fob battery for free since they had a spare at the office. I was charged $297 for the diagnosis and pulley replacement. These guys are good, I hope they continue the same management for a long time because now my steering wheel turns very easily and noise is done and the service is wonderful and at a price that doesn't break me like the rip off I received from next door. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back!!!

1 year ago I "first" took my 4 Runner into this shop... my forerunner was in great condition, but I…read morehad all lights on the dash show up at one time again no symptoms other than lights shining. I took in my four Runner here out of convenience not out of the poor reviews, which was my bad, against my better judgment. About $1000 later I left not only did the engine lights return immediately but my car started shaking. I returned with more than $5000 of recommended repairs Reluctantly I agreed not only did the shaking return all of the lights that originally showed up returned but now whenever I fill up with gas, the engine doesn't want to start... the next time I took it in with my father who is extremely upset feeling that I got taken advantage of being a woman, after my dad yelled and screamed and put a lot of pressure on the owner. He ended up re-fixing things that they should've done in the very beginning, including an oil change, which was never actually completed and I was charged for. I left there with them telling me they got rid of their old manager. They have a new technician that is capable, smart and reliable... Days later my engine lights all came on my car still shakes whenever I go past 50 miles an hour still having the same issue at the gas pump... I have taken my car now finally found a year later after this process of back-and-forth a reputable trustworthy automotive shop, who sent me a video of a part that Midas claimed to repair that wasn't attached screwed on or adhered properly literally just sitting next to the item it should be securely connected to... beyond disappointed, this is beyond a financial hardship for me being a single mother with three kids, are transportation is a means to put food on the table and it's much bigger than simple mistakes. It affects an entire families well-being.....
