Following these repairs, both vehicles developed additional issues within days, exceeding the scope of the problems present at the time of drop-off. The cost of parts was notably higher compared to those offered by other vendors and local dealerships. Upon discussing these concerns with the Service Manager, I was informed that these issues were coincidental and that the hood of the vehicle receiving a new fuel pump was never opened. Apparently, no further diagnostic review was conducted on either vehicle beyond the initially reported issues. I find it rather unusual that the new radiator dual fans are so loud when they previously operated silently, to which the response was that they were not functioning, hence their prior silence. Therefore, I had one of two fans working and immediately brought it in for repairs. My vehicle never produced such a loud sound, so how can new fans be that loud? Overall, the individual claiming to be the Service Manager exhibited a complete lack of customer service, addressing me in a manner that suggested a lack of understanding on my part. I will not be returning or referring any clients to this establishment.

Problem not fixed $7K later. Took it somewhere else. They replaced the plugs. Also found the wires going to O2 sensor were pinched and was cut from installing the transmission. My advise is run, very, very fast in the other direction.
