I was feeling a slight vibration on my steering wheel upon braking and since I was due for an oil change (Amsoil) I took my car in to have J. D. Runner check it out. He and his technician, Bryan Chardello quickly determined that I needed new front brakes. J.D. gave me a transparent upfront quote and as usual, didn't try to upsell me on parts I didn't need. If you're in need of auto repair, based on my past experience, I can highly recommend this business and am happy to give them 5 stars!

The lobby area has chairs and plug-ins so I brought out my laptop and was able to work while looking into the shop so I could see them work on my car. The receptionist called my over and walked me to the back to see some brake issues on my car. The tech let me know what was going on and actually showed me how my brakes were rusting. I couldn't do the additional repairs that day as they were expensive but I paid for my oil change with a coupon and it came to $65 for a synthetic oil change. I was impressed all around with my experience. It took less than an hour but they actually walked me out to my car, raised my car and physically showed me the brakes that were rusted. I think that shows a lot of honesty and integrity as I know some companies can quote you on something that you may or may not need. I loved the price of the oil change, usually I pay over $100 for one. And every staff person I spoke to was incredibly nice.
