I am coming back here to update my review to 10 stars . A few days ago, in SF, after a nice relaxing lunch with a friend, I walked back to my car and found my car half covered in branches/leaves. A tree that I parked under broke naturally and partially fell on my car hood . It left a lot of scratches on my hood and side fender. I was very upset. (See picture). I knew my whole front area was wrapped with PPF so I immediately called Yvette and she graciously told me to bring it in ASAP so they can assess the damage. I took my car into the shop the day after and Marvin looked over the scratches. He took some solutions and then a microfiber cloth to work on the scratches. He also took out a buffer to buff out my fender. It literally took 5 mins and my car is back to its shiny self . If you are wondering if PPF is for u (like I was) bc it's so expensive, I think this updated post should convince u it's well worth it. Let me start this review with their customer service As I arrived to get a quote from them I was greeted with friendly staff willing to show me and take their time explaining the difference between products. After I got my quote I was set up with an appointment. When I came in for my appointment greeted the Same way very friendly and everyone in a good mood. Aegis is the place to go out here in the East Bay. I've been to the Fremont location to get my minivan detailed and they did a fantastic job. So after moving to San Ramon I thought I would give the Dublin location a try. Got a full front PPF and 20% all around Ceramic. Very pleased with the result. I highly recommend them for your car needs. I do appreciate that they use 3M for their window tint as it's a more reliable and reputable tint brand. Did a walk in estimate for some paint correction on my car and Yvette was super sweet and really took care of me and my wife and told us it will be only 20 mins. She was not wrong it only took 15 mins and we were out the door. They did amazing job on touching up some spots and doesn't even look like there was scratches. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. It felt like I was talking to a family member. I came here to do some tail light tinting, badge and emblem replacement and some carbon fiber application. They are very professional and they even asked me how I want the emblems placed. The price is very very reasonable. They do high-end cars in their lot but they gave me the same treatment. I have a few more projects to do to my car and I am glad I found this place. I've got to start out by saying that from the beginning, Marvin and Yvette were so welcoming and communicative. They told me exactly what they were going to do and how they'd do it. Gave me a tour of the shop and everything. I had a lot of little things done to my car, from the entire front being wrapped, headlights tinted, and emblems painted. I should also note that I'm VERY picky with how the work is done on my car (likely more picky than most people). To say that I love this place, would be an understatement. I recently purchased a brand new model Y, back in January. Given, that this vehicle was my first, non lease, purchase. I had to get "her" all of the bells and whistles! When I called Aegis, they were quick to squeeze me in. I wanted to take my car in as soon as I confirmed my delivery with Tesla. I visited their location prior to taking my car to their shop. Everyone was VERY friendly and professional. For someone like myself, who knows nothing about wraps, window tinting, ceramic coating. It was nice to have someone take the time to explain everything to me in detail and not make me feel ignorant when I asked questions! Originally, I had wanted a front wrap (hood, door sides, etc.) to prevent rock damages. Then, Yvette, showed me a Tesla that looked just like mine with an all matte wrap finish, I fell in love. Literally, and had to have it. I picked up my vehicle today and I couldn't be happier!!! From the full body wrap, ceramic coating (10yrs) and the window tinting. Aegis did not disappoint. This place definitely exceeded my expectations and like I said their entire staff is very friendly. Especially Yvette, adore her and it's also my best friend's name :). Loss of two stars are for two reasons. 1) Too pushy. Make a suggestion one time, maybe twice, but third time is not a charm. You dissuaded me from giving you my business. 2) The quote for a very basic cleaning is unreasonable. $380 (plus tip, of course) is outrageous. This is an upscale service company. read more

my visit was for a total interior clean. I also asked if they would not use strong chemical smells because of sensitivities. My car looked brand new, perfect job, no smell! The interior had been a mess with food stains.. all gone! I just moved here and they will be my "go to" place . I took my BMW in for a paint correction and ceramic sealant (silver ceramic pro package). They had my vehicle for four days and kept me updated daily on the progress. When I picked up my vehicle, I was amazed! It looked like it came right out of the factory! Every scratch in the paint was gone. I never imagined it could look so good. Jesus was amazing and very helpful to me with a scuff I had on my taillight. I was a little distraught as my vehicle is only 2 months old. I backed into a slab of concrete causing some some mild damage to my rear taillight. My husband brought my Jeep Trailhawk here to get the ceramcoat and PPF, with the interior detailed too. It looks BEAUTIFUL!! My Jeep had some pit marks on the hood decal, but the owner (Marvin) worked with my husband on a resolution and the whole car turned out great. I own a 2006 Toyota Tundra which I have had since 06. In the 16 yrs I have owned the truck It has never been professionally detailed. It was time to get it done. I looked at Yelp Reviews for Detailing shops in my area and found Aegis & Auto Pro Detailing. 5 Stars all the way down the pages. Made an appointment on 9/10 for 9/13. On 9/13 off to Aegis & Auto Pro Detailing I went. Dropped my Truck off in the morning at 9am and it was all done by 2pm that same day. My truck exterior paint and trim is in ok shape as well as the interior but it was in need of a professional detail job. When I arrived at the shop to pick my truck up all I could say is WOW. What a detail job they did. My truck looked better then when I purchased new. While I was walking around my truck checking it out, Yovani with Aegis & Auto Pro Detailing walked up and asked me how I liked it, I told him it was better than I ever expected. Exterior looked like glass and the paint was ultra smooth to the touch. The Interior looked like it had been re-upholstered, that's how clean it all was. The team at Aegis were a pleasure to work with for protecting our Telsa Model Y. Evette was really helpful in answering our questions and explaining the options. We wanted good level of protection for the car, but were trying to have a reasonable budget so we settled on a PPF bumper/hood package and Ceramic coat over the rest of the car. I was concerned we would see the PPF since we weren't doing the full front package, but the lines are seamless. They even covered the headlights and helped install a few extra pieces of protection. After searching everywhere in Tracy to get our emblem put on we finally found this shop. Everywhere in Tracy was charging $100 minimum just to put on a front emblem (that we already have) onto our Ford explorer! We called here and they quoted us $40. Got my Tesla model 3 on for the following service -full front PPF -rocker panels -full car ceramic coating Marvin was very friendly and walked me through the complete process and even recommended options to further enhance the exterior. I dropped the car on Tuesday and picked up Saturday. During the process he was always sending me updates and pictures to show progress. When I picked the car, I saw some minor air bubbles and he went above and beyond to get rid of them. Some just needs time to dry up completely. He offered me to stop by again after 3 weeks so they can take a look again and see if something needs to be fixed. He went above and beyond by cleaning and polishing my car interiors as an extra! My Tesla Model Y looked absolutely spectacular after the installation of the Paint protection film (PPF, also called clear film or clear paint film) is a thermoplastic urethane often self healing film applied to painted surfaces of a new or used car in order to protect the paint from stone chips, bug splatters, and minor abrasions. This protection is good for at least 5 to 10 years. After close inspection, I can't even tell where the seams starts or where it ends. Attention to details was important in this kind of work and I must say that these guys at Auto Pro are true passionate professionals who cares about the quality of their work and it clearly shows in the finished product.
