I love this car wash. They do such a great job. I have monthly packages on two of my cars which is very convenient. The manager (Jorge) is so sweet, every time I come he has a smile on his face and makes sure the car is spotless. Even though it gets busy sometimes on the weekend, they always do a great job with the car- I have never been disappointed. The have a little shop inside that is always well stocked; good selection of cook books, cards, etc. I always enjoy walking around the store while my car is being washed. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. They have covered seating outside and free coffee for customers. Getting my car washed is now an enjoyable experience thanks to the staff at Auto Pride. In the past, I took my black Mercedes to eco green in Redwood City but they didn't do half as good a job as Auto Pride. This is the best car wash simply because it's a hand wash (no swirls), the staff is friendly, they have two chevron gas pumps (very convenient), I think they might even have an oil change place(I take my cars to the dealership so I can't say much about that part)... but overall, Auto Pride is excellent-highly recommend!!! read more

Super disappointed. There were so many dirty spots on my dashboard and floorboard. There was also water marks that were left on my windows. I asked to speak to a manager. They sent "Jorge" and I was calm and as I was explaining why I was speaking to him. Jorge interrupted me and told me " I'm not going to make my guys clean every small spot, we are not going to make you happy. You can go to ducky's." I did not expect that. I won't go anywhere else for a car wash now. $30 dollars for a car wash is pretty reasonable. I just got a hand wash and I expected just the outside to be done. They hand wiped everything exterior and interior. I was so impressed. I keep my car pretty clean so after visiting here it looked like I got a full detail. This was my first visit here. I am a some what picky person and can be hard to please at times. I just think you should get what you pay for and I am not afraid to ask to make it right. That being said I tried to be open to this new experience. The wash good. Car was clean. Hand wash is a great service and can be more pricey, no problem. The place is clean and under construction but for the better. Everyone was nice from the guy who took the order to the guy who took my payment. And now for why I don't like to tip these places until the next day. You really don't have the time to see everything and inspect your car. So about an hour later I've seen it all. Sloppy application on the interior. You can see the dull spots and then the shiny parts. Just too fats of work. Then there is the trunk. I know it was not vacuumed and that makes me think they never touched it. I paid for the $31 wash which was not the ultimate but it was a cleaning of the interior, and way more than they gave me. I will come back but only for bare bones wash. The rest I will do even though that is the opposite of why I go to car washes. read more

Car wash was nice for what was washed. Left vs right side of the vehicle was inconsistent. Left side the wheels were cleaned, right side the wheels were. Left side there was no tire shine, right side there was. If they sorted their inconsistencies, they would be a great car wash spot! read more

This place was recommended to me by my dad because I needed a place to get my carpets cleaned. It was $75 for the carpet cleaning which is pretty good and $25 for a regular car wash. The attendant asked if I had a coupon and I didn't but I asked if he could apply it anyway and he agreed so that was pretty cool of him. The coupon took the car wash down to $14 so the total for a carpet cleaning + car wash came out to $89. I gave him my keys and he said my car would be ready in 45 min. I come back 45 min later and asked one of the workers if my car was ready. He said it wasn't ready yet so I made my way to the seating area to wait until they finished. I ended up waiting for another HOUR and during this time, I saw so many other cars come and go until mine was pretty much the last car on the lot. They just let my car sit there while they were cleaning all the other cars that came after me. I understand that some people have appointments so those cars would have priority but if they did have the appointments on record, then why would he tell me that it would only take 45 min for the cleaning? Won't be coming back. I've probably had my car washed here at least a dozen times before they car washing technique. This is now the second time in-a-row that I've gotten shoddy work (see pictures) and I'd be remiss to give them more of my money. I paid for a basic exterior wash which includes wheel (i.e. your rims) cleaning and paid extra for a tire shine. As you can see in the pictures, the wheels weren't cleaned, the tire shine was applied poorly and I still had bird crap on my car in obvious, in easy-to-see spots that should have been addressed. read more

In a frenzy brought my beemer in nearly in tears after some careless spill off from another vehicle while on the road. Voila! Like ditching a very very bad date, they worked magic and off was the sticky substance was from my car. Fix your hours on google. Shows open til 6pm. Closed at 515. Glass cleaning is just ok. Most of the time streak marks when I get home I have to fix it. They are hard working nice polite people. Had them not give me a receipt for my unlimited wash. Next thing I know they were washing my all weather mats then wanted me to pay even when I didn't ask for it. I took my car in after 2400 mile road trip and a camping trip in the Cascades. I got the platinum package and seat clean. Definitely was worth it! These guys were great. Tony changed my transmission fluid on my 23-year old Land Rover (with a manual transmission, no less ... which means it's a lot harder to get the fluid in and out!) AMAZING! My first time going to this car wash, I was looking for a reasonably priced, courteous and quick pace car wash and this place fulfilled my expectations! Brought my filthy car and the staff here were very friendly, quick and thorough. Professional and courteous staff directed me where I had to pull up to, choose a wash service and waiting area. Walked into their delightful shop and they had just about everything you need. I waited outside where they have tables and chairs and waited for no more than 40 minutes. I was impressed of how fast they finished! After waiting, the manager gave me my car keys and explained in-depth the work that they did on my car. They washed it and used wax on it and I was very pleased because my car's color actually stood out VERY nicely! It was cleaned very thoroughly externally and internally. I been taking my cars to the car wash for years but lately they haven't done a good job. I am not blaming some workers from the car wash but there some workers that I asked them for something and they never help me out I tell them polite. Like today I went to the car wash and I asked the sale guy (victor)if he could tell the guys if they could take some stains that my truck had on the door and he told me he was going to try to see if they came off and he try to sell me a clay I told him that I done the clay not even 2 months ago .I know he wants to sell. My truck was ready and I check my truck and still had the stain. This place is great. Came in middle of the day on a weekday. Everyone is very professional and efficient. I had a time constraint when I came in and they checked first to make sure they could get it done in time, and they delivered. I'm not sure which package I purchased but I got a wash, hand wax, interior vacuum, mat shampoo and surface clean, plus lemon scent. The service was excellent with two exceptions. They completely forgot the console storage bin in between the seats, and there was no lemon scent that I could detect. The console was pretty cruddy, and though I'm pretty certain they'd take care of it if I went back, it is such a small space I just did it myself. As for the scent, my car is otherwise so clean, and it was done so quickly that I'm willing to overlook it and give this place another try. Bonus: this place has the cutest gift shop attached. Part of my wait time just melted away. I would probably stop in just to buy a nice card or a gift. Selections for kids too. Nice surprise. I think Auto Pride car wash is worth the money. read more

Uh it should be called Speedy's Speed Hand Wash and Speed Lube. Okay that doesn't roll off the tongue, and I'm sure there's another "Speedy's somewhere, but wow. Our experience took like, a total of 15 minutes to hand wash! I am very impressed. That saaaaid we did get just the standard, $23.99 wash. LOL. No vacuums, nothing, despite their best efforts... I can't really say much about the staff, other than the reception guy offers at least 3 up-sells when you leave your keys lol - the rest of them didn't interact with us much! There are plenty of chairs, if you dont mind sitting right next to people - outside. Everything looked good when we got in, but I guess the only fuss is that they called my bf's car an Acura, instead of an Infiniti! I thought that was hilarious, but I guess they dont get a lot of those... Interesting. They have tip boxes everywhere and plenty of supplies, with a big ol' lot. there's not a lot of signage where to pull your car, other than ....keep going, lol, so we eventually found it, on our own. For the most part I've never had issues with their cleaning. I've done exterior only washes, full service cleaning with leather upholstery deep clean, exterior wax etc. Sometimes, even after a towel dry, you do get some drips which then leave water stain marks on the vehicle but that's not a huge deal to me. I just wipe those off. I'm not so sure about their changing of towels (if at all) between cars but they move too quick for me to notice or care, and the results I get are really good. I use them exclusively for both my vehicles. read more

Took my car here for their "silver special" and because it's washed by hand (not typical tunnel). It looked okay when I got it, then I looked twice at home and found there are many missed spots left all around the car. Also, I can see the circular marks for whatever they used to clean it. The clothes or brushes (couldn't see what they use) might have been either too harsh or dirty. The point of a hand wash is to avoid the harm the tunnel brushes do to the car's exterior. My boyfriend got a car wash here last weekend and I was surprised by how sloppy the result was (this was their silver service I believe). While the car was mostly clean, there was still a huge streak of dust across the top, a lot of plant debris under the wipers, cobwebs on the rearview mirror, and hazy marks left from bird poop. We will be sticking with a self-service car wash in the future. read more
