While they were looking I asked to check out the front end and see is I needed any work as I was experiencing vibration. They said that I could use new upper control arms and tie rods . Got an esti for 2,800 . No problem, sign me up . I went on back for a week so I dropped off the truck on Saturday, early so they could take there time with the truck work. This was perfectly fine with Joshua . I get a call Friday saying parts didn't come in and they would be able to get to the truck till the following Wednesday. I told Joshua I could have my truck there anymore that I have to work. He implied, I was not be responsible. I picked up the truck on Saturday when I got back into town. I spoke to Joshua and he went off the deep end again, dropping the F bomb and saying amazon has people crazy . Told him it's not my fault the parts didn't come in on time and that I need my truck to work . I told him he is a horrible employee talking to clients that way . They originally quoted $200 for an alignment then when I came in they only adjusted the tow and told me the alignment was done, charged me $100. I thought I was good to go. Car still pulling to the right, I called back, now the alignment price is an ADDITIONAL $500. I never agreed to $600 in the first place. Now I have to bring it elsewhere and cut my losses. The guy who helped me was not forthcoming. Calm demeanor but talked down to me like I was the one being unreasonable. Update: I received a call in response to this review. The technician explained the reasoning for the alignment bolts. It makes sense to me now as to why they are needed in my case. Unfortunately, their rates are more aligned with custom lifted vehicles. In my case, with a regular OEM configuration, it doesn't make sense to pay this much. I intend to replace my leaf springs and buy my own cam bolts to have them installed. I may have to get another alignment but at a typical tire shop where the costs are more reasonable.

Even if you just came in for an estimate, but never had it repaired. Simply walk in and get a CARFAX damage report over a Minor Dent. I discovered a small dent on my car that occurred while it was parked. I went to Shalom auto body for a repair estimate. The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

Copied from owner's response: "fix the rewiews that is on the wrong list for you to be acting like is my fault.. this is the reason that people like you always being and acting the victim.." Owner took multiple pictures of the car, the VIN number, year, make, model and more. He also asked for my physical address to keep on his records, not my email address. I'm not sure what else this guy wanted. To this date, he never provided an estimate. Original: Wasted my time and never provided an estimate. I arrived to get a quick estimate for a simple repair. All they did was taking a bunch of pictures, asking questions, requested my information, and lastly asked me to step into the office and fill out paperwork. I didn't have time to fill out paperwork. I also don't understand why he would need information such as my address before he was even hired. I left my name and phone number and the guy said he will text an estimate shortly. He never did. A few days later I went to a different shop. They gave me a price right away. Just a simple quote for a simple repair.
