3.1.26 Road trip from Indy on a Saturday night. I am absolutely freaked due to past car-issue trauma. And I have my dog with me, so I am worried about him, too. I see an O'Reily's a few hundred yards away, and go there, so thankful they are open. Their staff member Jay takes one look at me and says, "You look distressed. Don't worry - I got you!" He ran some tests on my car and we figured out my charging system (alternator) is failing. Yeah, the one I just got replaced last October. He recommended me to nearby Val's Garage (see also that review) that is open on Sunday morning and also gave me his contact info if needed. My car did make it to the garage Sunday morning. Stellar service. SO appreciated. I'm in that area a few times a year, and if I ever need their services, they would definitely get my business.
