Very friendly and quick service but my service van that was repaired through insurance after couple of years Is falling apart on the repaired side. Body lines don't line up. Front end ball joints wear constantly. Short cuts were made on paint under replaced fender, unpainted area showing. Rim that was replaced is rusting away, the other 3 oem wheels are still fine. Wouldn't recommend for repairs if you plan to keep the vehicle. read more

I was expecting my car to be finished Friday but it was done a day early, today (Thursday). They updated me and I was even able to return the rental to them, hassle free. Service is slow. But to be expected with the way the world is now. Parts shortage is to be expected and fully understood. Scott Ashley at the Shepherdsville location is rude, and should not be managing this center. If I were the owner I'd get rid of him before he ruins the reputation of your shop. I received an estimate of around 7k for some tornado damages. Glaser billed my insurance for over 14k. Ok, fine. I can live with that, as long as the work is done right. I was called and told there were some parts not in, but the vehicle could be driven. Just some glass that needs to be replaced and a decal that will be in later this month. Great! I was excited to get my Jeep back after being without a car for 6-7 weeks. When I asked the manager if I could just pay half of my deductible which is $500, so I'd give them $250 now, and $250 when they complete the job he said no. I explained it wasn't right for me to pay full price on a job that is NOT complete, he told me it was company policy. I already had my keys and told him I was leaving with MY car and would pay in full when they completed the job. He told me if I left that I would be committing theft. On a 14k+ job (way over billed in my opinion, but they obviously know they can get whatever from State Farm) Scott is worried about $250 of deductible money on a job THAT ISNT COMPLETE! A huge shout out to the best auto body shop in Louisville! I had a rear run in with a huge concrete column and my car took all the damage. I took it that day to Glaser's J-Town and I can't say enough great things about their service and quality of work! They were able to salvage my original bumper and only had to replace the taillight system. They didn't try to hike up the bill by replacing unnecessary parts! I got my car back two days later...looking like I never met that concrete column...spending a ton less than I would have ever dreamed...their peeps are personal and care about the customer...and to top it all off, my car was washed, vacuumed and even the windows were cleaned! I have nothing but good things to say about Mark the estimator and Kaitlyn the receptionist. They kept me informed the entire time and had my car completed within a week. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them in the future. As an added touch they even clean and vacuum your car when they're finished which is a rarity these days.
