We were in the middle of moving from Pennsylvania to Texas when our truck broke down in Kentucky at 11 PM. Thankfully, Larry with A cheap towing service came out quickly, was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to help us find a place to tow our truck since we're not from the area. He made a stressful situation a whole lot easier! 10/10 recommend! If you're ever in the area and need help, definitely give them a call. read more

Cheap Towing just arrived for my AAA tow. Before their tow truck driver's feet hit the ground, he decided he would look for any excuse to NOT tow our 1983 Thunderbird. I have been a member of AAA for 54 years and I have always had polite, energetic and overly helpful drivers. The driver immediately was rude and already had developed a very negative attitude. He finally looked at the license plate and it was 2 years past expiration. He used this as an excuse to not tow the vehicle per AAA guidelines. I have had many tows from my residence with license plates out of date (have a small car collection). Of course, AAA backed their decision and we have no recourse. I would stay clear of this company if only for the horrible extremely negative attitude by the tow truck driver. It was perceived that if the driver was not on the clock that he wanted to pick a fight with the two of us. Certainly a verbal one. Make your own decision. I'm sure if we were paying cash, the vehicle would have been towed. read more

I feel like a tow service is something you hope to not need, but when you do, they make a huge difference. And I can say that A Cheap Towing Service, along with having a catchy name, was great to work with. My car needed to be towed from Costco, where I had gone for a tire rotation, to my mechanic, who contracts with A Cheap Tow. Shortly after my mechanic put in the call, I got a text from A Cheap Tow, showing they were on their way. Charles, the driver, followed up when he was close, and I was able to easily pass my poor Subaru off to him. I also got a follow-up text once it was dropped off at the mechanic. Thanks for helping to make my car issues as smooth to resolve as possible! read more

Crystal was amazing with our vehicle that could not go in neutral. Tight parking lot, prompt arrival, professional demeanor. Could not ask for more. A++. Will recommend and use again. read more

On time and communicated well. The young lady driving the truck was very nice and did a great job.

They showed up exactly when they were supposed to, were able to quickly solve the problems involved with towing the car, and it was gone to the mechanic within minutes. Couldn't have been more pleased. read more

This past weekend, our Enterprise rental car broke down. It was around 9:00 at night, raining and cold. We were 20 miles from the nearest town. We made it to a gas station. Enterprise was working on getting us a ride, but having trouble due to location and time. A Cheap Tow showed up for the car. I advised the driver we had a problem. The car was full of belongings we were transporting, it was dark, raining, and Enterprise was trying to find us a ride or replacement car. The driver responded "Not my Fu*^ing problem. Get your sh*t out of the fu*^ing car or we'll report it stolen to the police." I called Enterprise, who informed me I could not stop them from taking the car. If I did they would call the police. We removed what we could carry and the tow truck driver left us on the curb, leaving with the car and our belongings that were still in it. You may be thinking "there must be more to the story "....there was not. The driver was that abrupt, that obnoxious and Enterprise was that unhelpful. I find the majority of people honest and decent. This gentleman was not one of them. My suggestion, find another tow company, or just walk. May think twice about Enterprise as well! read more
