I was having a panic attack on the side of the road, but everything changed when I called US Towing. From the start, the woman on the phone was so gentle, kind, and reassuring during a moment when I was overwhelmed. Then Christian arrived, and he was incredible. He was so kind, friendly, and genuinely a great person. We had a great conversation on the drive, and he made sure I made it back home safely. I cannot thank this team enough for their kindness and assistance when I needed it most. I truly appreciate you guys!

If you ever need a tow be sure to request that AAA contact US Towing and ask them to send Danny P. to service your car. You won't regret it and you'll meet a great person with a great personality.

We use roadside assistance for our new vehicle and when we initially called they S&R said that they were delayed due to inclement weather in the area COMPLETE LIE no inclement weather whatsoever!! My wife was initially stranded with her 94 year old mother and I had to drive there to help even though I just had back surgery and was under doctors orders not to drive. I couldn't leave them sitting there. And to find out what it was all about was S&R wanted another $100 to tow the vehicle to the dealership and was holding us hostage until the roadside assistance paid up. This is truly a disgraceful company!!

I have been a member of AAA for 54 years and I have always had polite, energetic and overly helpful drivers. The driver immediately was rude and already had developed a very negative attitude. He finally looked at the license plate and it was 2 years past expiration. He used this as an excuse to not tow the vehicle per AAA guidelines. I have had many tows from my residence with license plates out of date (have a small car collection). Of course, AAA backed their decision and we have no recourse. I would stay clear of this company if only for the horrible extremely negative attitude by the tow truck driver. It was perceived that if the driver was not on the clock that he wanted to pick a fight with the two of us. Certainly a verbal one. Make your own decision. I'm sure if we were paying cash, the vehicle would have been towed.
