Absolutely love this dealership, service shop and the collision department. We have purchased three vehicles from them In the last 4 years. Always amazing service. They go above and beyond. Long story short, someone hit my Ram in June. We had to go through a preferred collision place instead of Autonation like usual. They did a horrible job and used aftermarket bumper parts. It was crooked. We fought it and took it back and was told that the ram Parts would solve the problem. I picked it up and still crooked. I stopped at Autonation on my way home and saw Randy who has helped me before. I just wanted to see if he knew if it was a ram bumper like they claimed or if it was still after market. I explained the situation. He literally crawled under my truck in 100+ degrees to look at the part stickers. He took pictures and looked up the part numbers for me. They really don't want you to know what they do. Talked to Luis Rincon / Service Manager after taking my vehicle in for a recall on a wiring harness. When I got the vehicle back, my dashcam had been unplugged as if they don't want you to see "what they are supposed to do but don't do it" or if they were doing something wrong. They also recommended that I change the cabin air filter and the wipers, which I changed (2) days ago. Mr. Rincon's excuse is that they recommend things based off mileage... funny because the guy that returned my vehicle to my son was quite persistent to get these done... without even inspecting them. AutoNation has a horrible way of doing business that doesn't build trust with customers and avoid transparency by all means. Unfortunately I can not leave a good review. Thursday we made contact with autonation fort worth and made a deal. They sent me all the information we needed and had a final price. Agreed we would come Saturday. We drove 3 hours and as we pulled up the care we were there to buy was being test drove and the sales person as we talked to told us its first come first serve. I told them we have a cashier check with there name on it all we needed was to look over the car. They said let's see if the other person could get financed. We waited for almost 2 hours and then they said it was sold. Not a good practice to make a deal and back out of the deal we already made. read more

Communication is terrible between customer service and customer. Waited 8 hrs for them to do nothing with my vehicle, and was early for my appointment. Never told me what the estimated cost would be, or if I was covered or not. If you bring your vehicle here, expect to be a low priority. ~PSA~ Beware All, I am a person of honor & integrity and here to deliver a PSA ON shameful practices here at AutoNation. The Service department, on multiple occasions intentionally mis-lead me on recalled part availability, aggressively tried to charge for warrantied items, and has recorded excessive man-hours against the work that was under warranty. Final straw, I identified components they have listed on repair work orders that were NEVER replaced. This was not a singular occurrence and I have brought the "practices"to the attention of their Leadership with no resolve. I believe these practices are cultural problem and recommend taking your business elsewhere. I personally, will never again purchase a FCA vehicle. The parts department tried selling a blend door actuator for more than 50% over MSRP. The same OEM actuator can be found on their own website for $140, yet at the parts counter they charged me $230 after saying it was a $260 part and the military discount brought it down to $230. Actual MSRP for the part number 68018109AA is $188 and has been verified by two other dealerships. The two I called said they typically sell this part for about $130-135. I mistakenly purchased it yesterday, not paying attention . When I returned it today I was forever to pay a 10% restocking fee as well as listen to the lady try to tell me that the autonation parts website isn't linked to the dealership, even though you go to the dealerships website to get to the parts page. Stop trying to rip people off! Charge a fair price, and make thing right. It took the guy all of 10 seconds yesterday to go around the corner and get the part, it cooks have been restocked just as quick. No need for me to pay $25 restocking fee when you are already gouging me as it is. Brought our 22 rubicon there twice (was supposed to be only once) for routine work and left with: 3 missing bolts, a factory cross member/skid plate re-installed incorrectly, loose air filter box cover (they weren't even supposed to be working on that) a missing rear back up cam cover (stuck in my bumper with a screw driver, and overall non communication and laziness in checking if parts were in stock before having me drop the vehicle off. THEY ADDED 8k worth of warranty that I never asked for. And to hide their stuff they didn't print the breakdown page for me the day we signed and I was supposed to get a copy of my contract in my Email but we never did. When we went to trade in the truck I found out there was 13k of negative equity and was shocked. When I asked for the breakdown page William the finance manager texted my wife half the page to hide the breakdown. When I finally got an emailed copy 8 months later I saw the $8k worth of warranties. They wouldn't reimburse the amount. I never used the warranty because I didn't know it was even there and had to do some work on my truck. They said I needed to cancel within 30 days. She is ok no thanks to either my insurance or this awful place that couldn't have been worse- I called because the car was under Warranty and the Ahmed Yousif was rude and hostile implying I should have seen this coming and bought a full warranty, something I would never do as the process of working with them has been so unpleasant. The car was taken to a Honda Dealer on August 20th and I was not able to get to a claims agent until Sept 5th the people there are so inept. After the mechanic could not get a response for over 2 weeks I finally got both him and a Claims agent on the phone because he threw his hands up because he kept getting the runaround and got put on hold. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!! I found drips on my drive way and I had to take my dodge charger to the dealership and it took them 1-2 months to get it fixed because they "didn't have the parts". I started getting squeaky noises when I push the breaks, when I step on the gas pedal, and even when I turn my car, after getting it "fixed". I had my car recently checked out my another dealership and they told me that my problem I had before I took it to this dealership is the cause of my car to have the squeaky problem. Yet, 2 months later, I had to buy 4 new tires. Fine! Then I took my car into Autobahn for a vehicle and brake fluid check due to the notifications showing up on the car. I was notified that the brake pads need to be replaced and that the engine mount is cracked. NOW, how did all these things pass THEIR "rigid" inspection? Since my purchase, I will have invested over $3,000 in a car I have had 7 months. A month ago, I thought I would trade in the car for another at the Autonation in North Richland Hills. They offered me $9,000 LESS than what I paid merely 6 months ago. Yes, of course, car values are dropping but $9,000? Funny that another car dealership offered me $7,000 more. WARNING if you plan to buy from this dealership, you WILL regret it. I was sold an $80k truck with what I was told was a manufacture's defect in the leather passenger's seat, that I was assured would be repaired/ replaced upon completion of sale. I left finance and went directly to service where pictures were taken, parts were ordered and I was told it would be repaired as soon as parts came in. I explained that I lived an hour and a half away and would need a loaner. They assured me once again that this wouldn't be an issue. When the parts came in, service advised me that I was 16th in line for a loaner. An hour later, that turned in to 37 and a strange text from Hector (the service adviser) about engines and transmissions that were being worked on that had nothing to do with my vehicle. 2 months and several phone calls later, I was connected to a sales manager that told me I would get the next available loaner. 30 days later, literally 10 minutes after speaking to the GM (David Baker), I was informed by Hector that a loaner was available. I dropped my truck off and picked up a loaner with a completely empty gas tank. One week later, I was notified that my truck was ready by text. Upon arrival, there was a key exchange and nothing more. I quickly figured out why. The seat looked way worse than the original defect. When I went back in and asked Hector to come look at it, he was annoyed and very combative. When I showed him the seat, he said, "I know. I told you it would look worse." I was as shocked by his poor customer service as I was by his blatant recollection of an imaginary conversation. I reminded him that I bought this vehicle under the pretense that this was an manufacture's defect that would be corrected and that there is no way if anyone had told me it would look worse that I would've gone through with the sale. He attempted to be loud and intimidating, before I asked for his manager. Michael immediately apologized for Hector's unprofessionalism and acknowledged the that the repair looked horrible. He agreed that it should not have been represented as a complete repair and attempted to be returned to me. One week later, after the second failed attempt to repair it, Michael refused to send me a picture of it and informed me that this is all they were doing. When I responded that I would speak to the GM, he arrogantly dismissed me. I immediately called the Mr. Baker (GM) who let me know that he knew my call was coming and that it was premature because I hadn't seen the attempted repair. He, also, said he would send me a picture, which he never did and reiterated that the failed attempt to repair the manufacture's defect, that I would soon see, was all they were doing. They sold the truck under false pretenses and lied every step of the way before returning me the truck in worse condition than it started in and abandoning their obligation to me as a customer. They are a poor representation of the Dodge brand and I would seriously advise anyone to buy a Dodge from anywhere but there. read more

I love my new 2020 Jeep!! Arthur in sales is simply *the* best. My dad has bought two cars from him, my sister bought her car from him and now I've just made a new car purchase for myself! With so many alternative ways to buy cars out there, it's hard to find trust in dealerships anymore. But rest assured Arthur and Autonation are fighting for your satisfaction, unlike some app or anon chat service. He was so knowledgeable, hard-working and respectful. WARRANTY NIGHTMARE! They sell 7 packages and I ended up purchasing 6 of them after being misled and fraudulently lied to. Only 2 packages were actually covered and legitimate. My biggest concern is with the warranties, am I able to get coverage at all Chrysler locations. RAUL LUNA said it sure does (complete lie). After 7 months and 7,000 miles later, we went in for service at our local Chrysler location and it was not a pleasant visit. I've reached out to him several times through email, and phone call with more delays. I've recently contacted the BBB, and you should too (report them). First time coming to Autonation for an oil change on my challenger. Read some reviews in regards to their service department and saw they do a pretty good job..... this was not the case. 1. I scheduled an appointment at 12:15 on a Friday to get an oil change (just an oil change, nothing else). Took them an hour to get my car in the shop, and another hour to get the oil changed. (It was fairly busy but not slammed for a Friday, so do not expect your car to get in and out like mine did not (I usually expect an oil change to be done in less than an hour). So, for future reference, if you schedule an appointment, you will not be taken care of at that time. 2. Upon showing up to the service department at my appointment time, I spoke to Don who went over my car and inspected it. I told him "I am only here for an oil change, that's it." Don asked "do you you need a tire rotation? Wipers? Filters?" To which I responded "no, just an oil change." My car sat there with the keys in the ignition, doors open, hood open, car on, just wasting gas waiting for its service time. (Premium gas is expensive with sleepy Joe running the country, hence my gripe about it). 3. After waiting a couple hours for "an oil change." I finally got my car back. I went into the service center and Mr. Don was nowhere to be found. So I waited, and waited for somebody to assist me. Finally the nice lady who has been running around with her head cutoff taking care of everyone assisted me (she was working for her money, thus why I gave this review two stars, not one). Upon receiving my invoice, it was way more than I thought it would be. Upon further inspection this was not just an oil change I asked for.... This was for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter, air filter, and a bunch of other miscellaneous services I did not need. I was too frustrated to deal with the issue as I had to leave and return back to work (this whole time I was expecting an oil change to take an hour, like I mentioned in the first point. Overall, I do not recommend going to this establishment to get your car serviced. Go to your local Ford Quick Lane or anywhere but this place. read more

Let me start by saying, this will be the second consecutive time that this has happened at this location. I drive up to the Express Lane. Waited there 15 minutes before anyone said anything, that includes "someone will be out in a minute." As I start to back away, a rep comes out and I asked - "Do I come in next time or do I sit in my vehicle and wait?" Rep responded with "we come out and greet, if we are not busy." I asked "what the wait time is right now," and got 40 mins. Ok cool - don't feel like going anywhere else. My car sits 20 minutes before getting pulled to the back and then I start my timer, which is in the pic below. My car is back there all of 33 minutes, and then I wait another 25 minutes before I check out. I am patient person and I know they have a job to do, but to have three advisors see me, ask me if that is my vehicle and I still can't get my car and leave is terrible. The visit was very disappointing. I received multiple texts and phone calls verifying if I would be attending an appointment to see a car. The salesperson even called me in person and I told him I was coming. When I arrived, he was with another client, which is fine, but we were then asked by the second salesperson if we knew the car had been sold. We did not. I find it extremely hard to believe that after multiple texts and phone calls, the salesperson couldn't give me the common courtesy to let me know the car had sold. This is a bait and switch. Plain and simple. At NO POINT did the original sales person ever show his face, not to apologize, say thanks for driving an HOUR to come to the dealership, nothing. Then when we did look at a car, someone came up to our salesperson and asked for the key, saying someone else wanted to see it. Second time we have used the service. Both times scheduled an appointment. First time was just an oil change and it took 5 hours. Second time oil change and replace a tire. This one took 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous! It takes 20 minutes to change a tire and 20 minutes change oil. Why does it take this place so long? No this has nothing to do with covid. We will not be purchasing another car from here. Sadly we bought the oil change package so have to go back to them for those. When I got there I was told I'd need to leave the truck for at least three days, that's fine and I proceeded to ask what they were going to put me in. Loaner cars are all out... At auto Nation,... Where you boast about all your vehicles. Well I don't know a single person who can do without their car for almost half a week. I am going to ask him what's the purpose of the appointment and he just said that they're really backed up so I suggest you guys hire more technicians. He gave me a resolution of coming in on a Saturday morning first thing and they should have me in and out. So because summer is coming up and I really want my AC fixed I did 7:00 they open the gates and I tell them about getting the AC looked at and he said we are going to need the car all day. Mind you, I'm second in line so you know first come first serve on Saturdays but no matter once again I'm left without a vehicle. I am truly unhappy. I brought my Chrysler 300 in on last Tuesday for a check engine light. I brought it in early (around 7:30 a.m.) and my car sat all day with no one attending to it. I did not receive a call. I call at 3:00 p.m. to hear a technician did not have a chance to pull it in-I get it. You are busy with other customers. Why not provide a courtesy call so owners can make arrangements to get to work and prepare for other things we use our car for daily? Day 2, car continues to sit no phone call again. This time I call around 12:30 p.m. I'm told, the technician in charge of my car called in sick. Now they are trying to get another technician to service my car. I'm told I will get a call when they can determine who can work my vehicle in. I don't get a call until 4:30 p.m. The car needs to be held another day. Day 3, my car is looked at late that day. Of course, I had to call to do a follow-up on my car. If you haven't guest it, it will be held another day. Day 4, I am called to get my car (on a Friday). I am more than happy to go and get my vehicle. In my mind, I am thinking. I have it for the weekend. I take a short trip with my sister after picking my car up from the Dealer on Friday. I park my car at home and hop into my sister's vehicle and we are off. I only drove my car from the dealer to home. I Return late Saturday evening from my trip. I am happy to get ready to run errands and gas up my car. Guess what? I get down the street and the Check Engine light reappears. Now, it's Monday. I have to bring my car back to this Dealer because I paid for something that's not fixed. I DO NOT INTEND on WAITING FOUR DAYS for a job not done correctly the first time. I AM TRUELY UPSET.
