I answered that I wanted to test drive an RST. He asked me again what I was there for, and I answered him with the same answer. Again he asks me a third time what I was there for, and I told him again... to test drive an RST. He asked me if I was going to buy one that day? I responded I was shopping around. He declined to let me test drive an RST, new or used. He told me the only way I would be able to test drive a truck was if I committed ahead of the test drive to purchasing the unit. I left, drove to Green Ford and bought a $50K FORD truck that day.

Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service!…read more First, I want to say how incredibly appreciative I am of Nelson and Hayden for their outstanding customer service. These two guys went above and beyond to help me with some finance paperwork issues involving an employee who had recently left and unfortunately left them in the dark about what was going on. From the very beginning, Nelson and Hayden were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They took the time to work through everything with me and made a situation that could have been very stressful so much easier. You just don't find customer service like this every day! If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated right and actually have people who care about helping you, I highly recommend going here. And if you need anything, ask for Nelson or Hayden. These two are absolutely top-notch and the best of the best! 100% customer satisfaction is clearly their top priority, and they definitely earned my 5-star review. I truly appreciate everything they did for me!

I like my Honda, but strongly regret buying from Greensboro Honda, and absolutely regret prepaying…read morefor several oil changes. It's endless BS with these clowns when I schedule APPOINTMENTS to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They have zero respect for my time, and it clear that appointments mean nothing to them, and neither does customer satisfaction Since there were no decent Saturday appointments available, that I could drop my car off and come back, I scheduled one for 7:45 Friday morning. I got there 5 minutes early, got it checked in and was told it would be an hour to an hour and half at most. I received a text from the service manager telling me I could text for update at any time. I texted him at 9:15 for an update and got no response. Why offer this if you're not going to respond? With the newly renovated waiting area I could see the car was finally pulled into the shop until 9:25...an hour and 40 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for. At that point i went out to the speak with the service manger to see why it was so delayed and he gave me some BS excuse that appointments start at 6....i still have no idea what means, I can see they have more than one mechanic and more than one service bay, don't take appointments if you can keep them. It's truly never ending with these people once my prepaid service plan is done, so is my business with this dealer. They are not worth the headache! My car was finally pulled out of the shop at 10. If it only takes 35 minutes, I could have been out of there by 8:30

I got the "IDK our mechanics are MOPAR guys no worries". Every 2 months I have a engine light that pops up. I've changed 02 sensors twice, both cam shaft sensors twice, purge canister, and took it to another Jeep mechanic to change out the same thing that I took it back for in the first place. Went into limp mode three times since I bought it...Valve cover and Oil filter housing/cooler was leaking. Had to get a upgraded part, no wonder they have a fresh air freshener in there. Over $2200 in repairs in less than a year. Just be careful, and ask if you could take the car home and drive it for a day before buying. Don't buy anything anywhere without testing everything out and taking it to your mechanic first!!!

My husband and I are first time buyers with BrookBank Auto Exchange, LLC. My husband has been…read morelooking to purchase a very specific model of truck, a 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins with a manual transmission, for the past six months. He finally found one at BrookBank Auto through an online advertisement. The truck looked to be in mint condition and too good to be true. Living in Pennsylvania, almost six hours away, we were hesitant to make the drive. My husband called Jeff and our fears were put to rest. Jeff was completely professional. He was not at all your stereotypical, pushy used car salesman. He was a pleasure to do business with. After placing a hold deposit, we made the trip down to look over the vehicle. The truck looked just as advertised online. There was no false advertising! A mechanic made the trip with us and took the truck out on an extended test drive. Our mechanic looked the truck over (top to bottom, front to back) trying to find a reason to NOT buy the truck. Consequentially, the only flaw was a cracked a/c condenser. Following the test drive, we brought this issue to Jeff's attention. We could tell by his demeanor that Jeff was genuinely unaware of the issue with the condenser. Negotiations were very simple. Jeff was a reasonable and fair man to do business with. The negotiations were complete and the price was finalized before we even left our home. There were no surprises! However, Jeff agreed to negotiate a fair refund for the cost of repair for the condenser. Receiving the refund was no issue at all and timely. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff and BrookBank Auto Exchange, LLC. We would definitely encourage and recommend friends and family to do business with them. We look forward to the opportunity to buy another vehicle from Jeff someday in the future! Thanks again, Jeff! Katy and Nick Kirsch
