Heidi and Randy were gracious enough to agree to help me that night and patch the tire right there! I am so thankful for their kindness in my unfortunate situation. They could have easily told me I needed to leave my car but went the extra mile and fixed it right there saving me the hassle of finding a ride to work the next day. Came here to get a quote for a front end clunk noise on a 2011 model year car. I heard this place…read morehad a good rep by some Dundee locals. They test drove it and heard the noise, then put it on a hoist and checked everything on the front end. Thier conclusion was I need 2 lower ball joints and 2 sway bar end links. Quote to fix $600. I made an appointment for the next week. I called back days later and got a quote for ball joints only and skip the sway bar links. new quote for less work by a different guy... $635! Something not right here. We'll it kept gnawing at me that $600 or 635 was too much for that type of repair. I used to work on cars when I was young and had more time and less money. So I called a few other places that I used to go to when I lived in Adrian. Brakes and More = $519 Small. shop =$420 Larrys Muffler = 360 Hmmm. So I cancelled my appointment with Juckettes and made one with Larrys muffler. Well Larrys Muffler checks it out and determines that the sway bar end links are indeed bad.... but the 2 lower ball joints were fine and needed NOTHING. Cost to replace 2 sway bar end links ...$168 at Larrys Muffler. I almost spent $600. Was it an honest mistake or was I being suckered? You decide. I am giving the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars instead of 1.... with the conclusion that they're just really damn expensive. Monroe County Roads Suck ...so do the repair facilifies.

These are new owners are really not the Juckette family. Back when it was really John Juckette everyone there was really kind and helpful. Don't be fooled by the name these are not the same great people from Dundee. I understand charging for an estimate but at least apply that to my bill if I get the work done there. I recommend going to mike's garage/larocca's towing in Petersburg or m50 truck and trailer.

I took in a tiny quarter…read moresized part to get painted, gave them the vin which providers them the exact paint code, everything they could ever need. However, they completely screwed it up. I'm color blind and when they handed it to me, it was a completely different shade. Not even close. The manager himself handed me the part, but had not inspected it before I arrived for pickup (which they did not call to inform me that it was finished). Never once did I receive an apology from any of the staff, including the manager. Do not take your cars or parts here.

I paid about $400 for the repair on the AC initially, which didn't fix the problem. I took it back and was quoted and ADDITIONAL $1,500 to replace the compressor. (That would have made this an almost $2,000 air conditioning repair.) Industry average cost is less than half of what they quoted me. I took it to another professional and had it done for $500, where they found another issue with the AC that Phil's either never mentioned or never found. I brought up my gripe with Kris directly and was met with hostility. The shop wouldn't communicate via text or email and instead responded to my requests for explanation of costs only by phone or in person, which I assume is because Kris wanted twist words to spin the narrative. To quote him, "Don't you remember me saying x, y, z." It genuinely felt like I was being gas-lighted and manipulated into feeling "wrong" for questioning their pricing and being upset that they charged me $400 for something I didn't need. I would never send someone to Phil's Undercar after the experience I had there. I'd suggest you avoid them like COVID-19. (Which their staff didn't seem to be bothered by enough to wear masks, by the way!)
