That's when back off the frontage road was Centennial - I stopped in and talked to Tom and explained my situation. 3 hours later I was back on the road with a repaired brake!! Can't recommend these guys enough. Not a fancy shop, but solid honest work. Thanks guys!

He recommended the Taos with very good offers, and we truly appreciated his patience and guidance throughout the process. Even after we purchased the car, I reached out to him for additional support. In most showrooms, once the sale is completed, the service usually declines, but with Hishan it was completely different. His patience, professionalism, and dedication were truly exceptional. Every time I called, he answered and helped me as much as he could. He is genuinely an asset to this organization. Thank you once again for all your support. We also received excellent support from sunny, who is equally genuine, professional, and kind. His involvement and sincerity made the entire experience even more reassuring.

Unfortunately PG Toyota let me down today. The temperature…read morethis morning was -40 c and my Tacoma would not start. I needed a new battery and was super impressed with the original 2017 battery that I used up till today, so I decided to call PG Toyota. I asked the woman that answered to transfer me to parts and she instructed me that they were super busy, which is understandable since I was probably not the only one having problems today. She took a message for me regarding the battery and if one was in stock. I did mention that I need my truck for work so I need a battery ASAP and that I would come purchase it and install it myself if they had one in stock. 2 hours go by with no response and I need to get back to work, so I call up NAPA, find out they have what I need, and go there to purchase one of their batteries. I love my Toyota and forever will, but with 9 hours later with no response from the dealership, I realize that I'm just another customer to them as usual. I wear the Toyota badge with pride and like to keep the parts OEM as possible... this was not able to happen today.

During the repair, I…read morereceived a call advising me that my A/C belt had been removed and that they were unable to install a new one because it required a special Subaru tool that they wanted me to purchase for them to keep!?! I declined the additional work and asked them to sell me the new belt and I would install it myself. When I picked up my vehicle, the air conditioning no longer worked. I later discovered that the original A/C belt had never been removed and was still installed, despite being told otherwise. This meant I had purchased a replacement belt that was not needed. I had to complete a road trip without air conditioning because I believed the issue was related to the belt. Once I arrived, we inspected the system and found the bolts securing the A/C hoses to the compressor were only finger-tight. The refrigerant had leaked from that connection. After tightening the bolts and trying recharging the system, the A/C worked again. I contacted HAF Tire & Service to discuss these findings. They denied removing the belt, denied working on the A/C system, and declined to take responsibility for the unnecessary belt purchase and the loose A/C hose connections. I understand that unexpected issues can arise during vehicle repairs, but lying to and misleading a customer is unacceptable. I expect accurate and clear communication about the work performed and a willingness to investigate concerns when a problem appears immediately after service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
